The Tawny's Amber Night(closed for Winterpaw)

Ambernose stirred in her nest quietly before she stood picking her way out of the nursery. The black she cat want into the apprentices den and nudged her daughter Tawnypaw. She watched the white black and ginger she cat stir and before had would say anything she got her out of camp and to the twolegplace where Night was. Tawnypaw asked where that were but she ignored her for the moment.

Night had a rat in his mouth until he noticed Ambernose walking towards Twolegplace. He put the rat down and walked over to Ambernose. He nodded his head. "Hello, Ambernose." he greeted. He saw a smaller cat beside her. "Have you brought someone?" he asked.

Ambernose blinked and purred happily when she seen Night."hi Night"she greeted smiling.

Tawnypaw who was only still just six moons blinked looked at her mother before to Night"why are we here mom I'm tired"she mewed quietly.

Ambernose purred and gently looked to Tawnypaw before to Night"I did bring someone I wish I could have told you at the Covenant meeting but it was so packed ....I had wanted to tell you I was expecting kits...your and I haven't been able to leave camp til now...but I want you to meet one of your daughters this is Tawnypaw"She mewed gently nudging the white she apprentice with black paws and ears and a ginger nose stripe forward. 

Tawnypaw blinked her Brown Amber eyes slowly looking up at night confused.

Night blinked. "You sure didn't look like you were expecting at the covenant meeting." he mewed. He looked at Tawnypaw. He looked back at Ambernose. "Did- ah-hem- did anybody question why you were expecting?" he asked, worry hidden in his voice.

"Yeah I didntfind out til closer to the Covenant meeting"she mewed "and no...I haven't ran into any questions thankfully "she mewed."I'm sure others suspect something but they say nothing"she mewed.

Tawnypaw blinked and looked up at him her confusion giving way to fascination for a moment"a..so your my dad?"she asked.

Night exhaled in relief. "That's good." he said. He looked at Tansypaw. "Well... yes... I am." he answered.

"Wow why aren't you in the clan with momma?"She asked quietly before quickly asked another question"ehats it like outside the cakn...can I stay with you?"she asked questions pouring out of her.

Night smirked at Tawnypaw's rapid questions. "Why I'm not with Ambernose is a long story. I do want to go back to ShadowClan." he said. "Staying outside of the clan can be different. Prey is harder to find, although you hunt for yourself. There can be new things to adapt to depending where you settle. If you really want to, you can stay here for a bit." he said.

Ambernose blinked managing to catch the last question. She blinked"wait what an I supposed to tell the clan if they figure out she is gone?"She asked. She wasn't sure what to say.

Tawnypaw blinked quietly pausing for a moment"I...I'm not sure"she laid her dark ears flat.

Night thought about it. "I don't know either..." he said.

Ambernose was quiet for a moment"of you really want to stay with your father for a little bit I'll just claim I'm not sure where you are of asked but please return soon"Ambernose mewed softly before she nuzzled Tawnypaw who gave a small equal of complaint but smiled some.

Tawnypaw then smiled"I promise momma"she said before she looked up at Night.

Night smiled back at Tawnypaw. "Alright." he said.

Tawnypaw smiled widely"yay"she mewed eagerly. She flicked her tail quietly.

"Well I should probably get going soon before they wonder where I am."she mewed."I'll come visit soon "she mewed.

Tawnypaw smiled eagerly"ok bye momma"she mewed. She then nodded to her father"yeah"

Ambernose smiled and nuzzled Night goodbye before she headed back to shadowclan
