What are the duties of a medicine cat: Duties of a medicine cat include being able to learn how to properly use various herbs and berries to heal the clan cats. Medicine cats must be compassionate, but no-nonsense, and must be able to think quickly and make difficult decisions. Medicine cats also communicate with Starclan, and hold a significant amount of responsibility to the clan and may also serve as an spiritual guide to the clan leader. During times of difficulty, the medicine cat may work together with the clan leader to interpret Starclan's messages and protect the fate of the clan. It's a lot of responsibility!
What you would do with this position: Shadekit is an excellent fit for a medicine cat apprentice; she doesn't put up with nonsense, but she has a strong desire to help others and a very strong moral compass, always concerned with doing the right thing. With this position, Shadekit wouldn't become involved in any forbidden romances (she's not interested in romance or kits or anything), and would seek only to protect and care for the clan with dedication.
Why you think you deserve this position: I've been roleplaying for about 10 years now, so I have a lot of experience with writing and roleplaying; I love plotting and character development, and I have a regular schedule that involves being online every day and posting multiple times, so Shadekit would be a very active medicine cat apprentice. She's not impatient to become medicine cat, so I wouldn't be rushing through the training in a big hurry, but enjoying it to its fullest, and Shadekit will be properly prepared when it's time for her to become medicine cat.
