Wake Up! (closed for Yellowpaw and Currentpaw)

Another day, another patrol. She may as well bring her apprentices with her, anyway. Yellowpaw was almost ready to become a warrior, but Currentpaw was much younger. Maybe they could learn off each other. The warrior sighed. Two apprentices now? Two overenthusiastic little balls of fluff she had to be responsible for? Yellowpaw wasn't that bad, and she could only hope Currentpaw was the same. She stuck her head into the apprentice's den. "Hey, Currentpaw, Yellowpaw! Wake up, we're patrolling the borders now!"

Yellowpaw waked up when Aspentail looked into the apprentice den. It was bright morning and he figured out that today was another patrol going on. He was already on one patrol with Whitepaw, her mentor Amberpelt and some other cats. Second patrol and then he would caught Whitepaw, because younger she-cat already had an assessment. He get up and remembered that Aspentail didn´t call only him but also another cat. It was much younger cat, which had ceremony a few days ago. So young cat was going on patrol? He looked out if there was another cat which was waiting for patrol. But there was no one. He turned to Aspentail and asked: "Is anyone coming with us?" He tought that two apprentices and one warrior are not enough. Or they are? When he waited for an answer he streched his legs and looked for this apprentice which was coming with them.

Currentpaw blue eyes opened after hearing her mentor. She slowly woke up and stretched after she drew her tongue over her pelt she smiled and pushed out of the apprentices den. She was eager to start but was rather calm about it.

Aspentail nodded as her apprentices appeared. "Right, we're going to train. We'll head along the ThunderClan border and then stop by the river and fish. Sound good?" Without waiting for an answer, the warrior turned around and began to head out of camp. "Alright, good then. Come on, follow me."

Yellowpaw followed. He was happy that Aspentail didn´t wasted her words and headed to the patrol without any explanation. This was a way to be free. And this way Yellowpaw admired the most. After some time he asked Currentpaw basic question: "Is this your first patrol?" It was Yellowpaw second patrol and after that, there was only assessment waiting for him.

Yellowpaw noded and walked on thinking about his future warrior ceremony which was going to be very soon.

Aspentail clicked her tounge. "Ah, alright. Once we get to the river we'll get onto that." The warrior continued along their path as they neared the border, Sunningrocks in sight. "You smell that? It's a different scent, not as fishy as ours - kinda disgusting, actually. Yellowpaw, you know what it is already, but Currentpaw, that's the scent of ThunderClan. The scent is strong, they must've been patrolling recently. Come on, we've got to renew our scent so they don't trespass on our territory."

Yellowpaw noded when Aspentail mentioned smell of ThunderClan. He had already met this smell time ago, when he was on his first tour on RiverClan territory. Then he followed Aspentail, which already lead them further. He had no wish to met ThunderClan patrol, because Aspentail was the only warrior in this patrol.
