When a Jay spreads its Wings(open)

It was only a little after dawn, the small fluffy blue gray ball of fur uncurled revealing the tiny kit. Flicking her tiny tail as she stood up her gaze peered over the miss lined best to the other queens and kits in the nursery. Then she kit jumped from the nest. Looking to the opening of the nursery she darted to the entrance before poking her head out of the entranc and them the rest of her body. Jaykit gave a small smile of excitement as she looked around.

Sandkit was sitting in his usual spot in the middle of camp,surrounded by moonlight. The fluffy red toms brown eyes raised to look at the stars with a glare.

Stonekit  was laying next to his brother, his fluffy orange fur blowed slightly in the breeze and his turquoise eyes looked up at the stars.

CloudKit pressed against her brother Stonekit who in turn gave her a swift kick on the cheek before returning his gaze to the stars. The short furred pure white she cats pale blue eyes flowed in the darkness as she roo looked up at the sky. The triplets were some of the older kits in the nursery and it felt kinda nice to get away from all the noise of the younger newer kits.

A black white and ginger tortoiseshell she cat with darker fur colored spots that were almost transparent and beautiful hazel eyes padded out of the nursery. The queen looked at the triplets and couldn't help but think that her kits were gonna be beautiful. Mothstrike padded over and sat down beside the three and they nodded to her.

Blazepaw soon joined them his white fur with dark gray on his head and all on his back but with a little white strip separating the gray on his neck from his back sat down beside Mothstrike. The times dark yellow eyes gleamed as he laid there next to the cats

Jaykit blinked watching the older kits and cats and was quiet for a moment before she hesitantly padded over to the Groening group of cats."h..hi"Jaykit mewed looking at them. She looked at each one of them in turn slowly hesitant."I'm Jaykit "The fluffy blue gray tabby kit mewed.

Mothestrike smiled at the kit. "Hey I'm Mothstrike. And this is Blazepaw, Sandkit, Stonekit, and CloudKit." The queen meowed.

Sandkit Stonekit and CloudKit nodded a greeting while Blazepaw just smiled.

Jaykit smiled some nervously while she flicked her tail excitedly."it's nice to meet you all"She mewed a bit more confidently then before and she padded closer.

Mothstrike purred as she joined them.

Blazepaw smiled again.

Sandkit glared, like he usually does then went back to ignoring the she cat.

Stonekit smiled and then turned back to the sky.

CloudKit smiled and then politely asked how she was.

Jaykit blinked when Sandkit glared at her and ignored her. She just flicked her tail a bit somewhat confused before she looked to Cloudkit when asked how she was and she smiled"doing great how are you?"she asked sitting down and curling her tail around her tiny paws.

Cloudkit smiled. "Im great. Oh don't mind Sandkit. He's a big grump!" She meows sweetly.

Sandkit shot Cloudkit a glare but the white she cat ignored his glare.

Mothstrike chuckled and so did Blazepaw.

Stonekit just glared at Sandkit silently telling him to be nice.

"Oh ok then"Jaykit mewed and smiled a bit. She glanced around for a minute about the camp before she looked at Cloudkit."do ...you think you could show me around?"she asked.

Cloudkit purred. "Sure! Why not? Come on I'll show you Darkstar's den!" The white she cat got up and then waited for Jaykit to do the same and when she did she proceeded to show her around the camp. Showing her the leaders den, the apprentices den, the warriors den, the medicine cat den, the elders den, and the prey pile.

Jaykit got up quickly when she did and smiled as she agreed to show her around. With a excited smile , she followed listening as she told her what dens were what. She smiled a bit and looked up at their last stop which was the prey pile. She cranes her neck a little to look at the prey pile before she smiled and glanced to Cloudkit"thanks for showing me around"

CloudKit smiled and replied with an of course.

CloudKit smiled. "So what's your favorite thing about the camp?" The she cat meowed.
