Mothpaw's Warrior Ceremony

Blizzardshine smiled as she leaped onto the Highrock once more. Another apprentice was ready to recieve her warrior name, just that tought was more than enough to put a smile on her muzzle “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Mothpaw, Blazepaw, and Littlepaw pad over and sat down.

Blizzardshine's smile widdened when she spotted Mothpaw between the crowd “Mothpaw, please, step forward”

Mothpaw stepped forward.

Blizzardshine took a deep breath “I, Blizzardshine, warrior of ThunderClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn” Her gentle eyes soon landed on the the she-cat “Mothpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?”.

Mothpaw nodded. "I do." She meowed honestly.

Blizzardshine smiled and nodded approvingly before she continued speaking “Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Mothpaw, from this moment you will be known as Mothstrike. StarClan honors your bravery and kindness, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ThunderClan” With that, she leaped off the Highrock and rested her muzzle on the newly named warrior’s head to conclude the ceremony.

Mothstrike purred and gently licked Blizzardshine's shoulder as a sing of respect.
