Test of Faith and Courage: Phase 1

Night was watching for danger on the roof of a twoleg nest.. He saw some black in the distance. He turned and all the rogues and loners were asleep. He turned away from the camp. A few minutes passed. He smelled something. He turned around and a fire ringed around the camp. His eyes widened. He leaped down inside of the ring. "Fire! Get up! Fire!" he yowled.

Pepper had fallen asleep inside the crate that made her den, herbs spread in and out of the den as she attempted to do the work that usually took her sister and her to do. Gold had left and had not returned for a long while. She heard a low rumble around her that muffled something else, waking up slightly after a moment. When the she-cat opened her eyes, a orange glow and heat suffocated her. She gasped and stood only to stagger and cough as smoke filled her lungs. The fire had already hit the herbs at the entrance of her den and the heat stung all around her. She pressed against the back of the crate as the fire grew taller and tried to keep her head low.

Is the fire from a building? Just wanted to know so I can think of a way to add in the falling rubble in the next post or two.}

Molly had met other rogues and loners in the Twolegplace, and she had decided to stay with them. On this somewhat average night she had been sleeping next to some other rogues, but with no cover. It kind of reminded her of Windclan and how they didn't sleep under anything but the sky.

She was awakened by a stinging feeling her lungs, and as she opened her eyes a huge orange glow surrounding her and everything around her. She bolted upright and stood in horror staring at the flaming growing higher around her.
