I talked to an army recruiter today, about being an army medic.

Turns out that since I'm a 5'3" female, I'll need to be 145 pounds or lighter. That's exactly 60 pounds to lose in around six months.

just gonna say:

eat less carbs

trust me
as a person who has trouble losing weight, watching my carbs is really helpful
it's hard, since you limit what you can eat, but the weight loss is fantastic
it also makes you less hungry

don't worry about natural fats
meat, cheese, and veggies are your friend
berries too

but exercising is important while you're doing that too :)
