4th Meeting with Mistyriver and Jaybird

"And I kind of like fishing." Jaybird beamed back.

Mistyriver purred, and and wrapped her tail around her paws. she smiled

Jaybird looked up at the view then the hay on the ground. "I bet you I could jump onto the hay from here." he challenged.

Mistyriver looked at Jaybird nervously "i don't know... "

"Don't worry." Jaybird purred. "It is a lot of hay,and you do not have to do it."

"okay..." didn't have to.... she wanted to! Mistyriver peered over the edge. she jumped back, and blinked, then stepped forward and jumped

Jaybird gasped then laughed as he followed her into the hay.

Mistyriver laughed, "Its actually pretty fun," she purred

"Yes it is." Jaybird laughed. He shook the hay from his fur,but still left a couple twigs here and there.

Mistyriver purred, "you missed some, " she flicked a little peace of hay from his pelt with her tailtip, then shook herself to get the hay from her own fur

"So I did." Jaybird laughed. Suddenly,that insane barking sounded once more. Jaybird growled with annoyance.

Mistyriver looked at Jaybird, "are they coming? i hope they're twolegs have them tied up somewhere...."

"I doubt it" Jaybird reassured. He remembered there first meeting when they fought the dogs. These seem smaller.

Mistyriver nodded, "Yeah, i hope so. And if they did manage they're way in here, we would be able to climb to the top of the barn"she smiled

Jaybird smiled. "Exactly."

The dog's exploded through the barn door. They had chains around their necks. The ends were trailing behind them. Jaybird yowled.
