Jayflight padded into camp, he had just spoken to Soul and she had given him something very important. She wanted to give it to Marigoldpaw and Jayflight had news for her, she would learn that Lilypaw was alive and well and her name was changed to Soul. Of course she probably wouldn't like the idea of her changing her name but the good new was that she still was alive and had something ot say.

Marigoldpaw laid under a tree in camp, in an almost trance like state. She ignored the cats coming and going, only moving to occasionally switch positions. Eventually, Jayflight padded through the entrance. "Brother...?" Marigoldpaw raised her head, her amber gaze following Jayflight as he padded closer.

Jayflight stopped "Lilypaw- I mean Soul, I'll explain later, she wanted me to give you this" he dropped the lily on the ground "It's a lily, I'll tell you what happened" he mewed beginning to sit down.

Marigoldpaw froze, her body trembling. Tears of joy, or maybe sadness, probably both, threatened to spill onto her cheeks. Surely she heard Jayflight wrong. Lilypaw? Impossible! She had been killed by the dog... hadn't she...? But then again... Marigoldpaw never found her body... "L-lily... paw..." was she managed to choke out as she staggered to her paws, stumbed a few feet, and collapsed on the flower.

(Marigoldpaw has been a complete emotional wreck <3 She'll get better slowly now that she knows Lilypaw/Soul is still alive, but she'll probably get really angry and go to the two-leg place to find Lily/Soul. xD She needs another friend... ;-;)

Jayflight sighed "I was walking through the forest, I scented her and...Well she.." He began trembling "I walked towards her and sh-she walked to me, she told me her name was now Soul and she was in a r-r-rouge Clan-or group of some sort" he mewed "I didn't know what to say, she said she had been scared to talk to you because she might think you would be mad, or something....She missed us a lot and she said she liked the cats she was with. She talked about a tom named Newt, she said he was great. And she also spoke about a deputy or something and a leader..." he mewed, stopping to remember what to say.
