A whisper is heard [PLOT]

Fawnpaw narrowed her eyes in confusion. "But... Wasn't Starclan chased out...? How can we be here?" she grew scared just thinking about the Dark Forest. The evil cats scared the young she cat more than anything else.

Alderpaw felt useless, and that only compounded at Nightpaw's rather apt observations. He was suppose to know things like this, why else was he chosen to be a medicine cat? But he was just as confused as the tiny kit that was by his side. He didn't know why they were here, or how they got here, but he knew that this was no ordinary dream. And since there were no evil looking cats around, he was going to hedge his bets and believe this was the work of StarClan. "You're right, this might all be a dream, but like this warrior said, we don't know anything for sure. Not even Dawnflower knows what happened to StarClan." The calico was talking about Thinstripe, the warrior smelt of ThunderClan, but he didn't know her name. "I don't know about you, but I've never had a shared dream with others before. If this isn't an-" Before he could continue, he was interrupted.

Thinstripe looked at Alderpaw and was about to speak but was interrupted as well. As she heard the voice she titled her head, this was StarClan. She looked in surprise before looking at the others.

Stormpaw stared. She felt the need to stick to her brother, and she did so "i never thought starclan would be so scary!" she said

Nightpaw's fur fluffed in shock, blue eyes wide as the starry cat appeared. What was this?

Come to us.

Not tearing her eyes away until the end, her heart beat had increased. The young cat could feel it beating within her chest. Did that really happen? Giving the others a glance, she noted that none of them seemed to know either. The apprentice gave her chest a few licks and rested her eyes on the young kitten who stood among a group of larger cats. His paws were much smaller than normal, and he looked very scared. Moving over to Tinykit, Nightpaw pressed her pelt to his and gave him a swift and comforting lick to the head. "What was that? Come to us?" She tilted her head, towards Alderpaw. He was a medicine cat apprentice. Certainly he could understand what StarClan was saying, right?

Tinykit had no idea what to expect and the next thing he knew, a huge star was shinning above their heads. Tinykit felt as if he was pressing so hard against the ground, that the starry mater might engulf him, until someone licked him on his forehead. Looking up, the tom saw a black cat above him and her comfort gave him new confidence. Why are we all just standing around?

Returning a short purr of thanks to the other apprentice, he stood up, giving his fur a shake and taking a deep breath. "Well, shouldn't we go to them?" The small little sat looked into the eyes of the one named Alderpaw. Everyone seemed to look to this cat, so he would too. "I mean, standing around won't get us answer's, right?" There was a hint of the unknown in his voice, but if everyone else was going to stand around like a bunch of scared elders, then he would go find StarClan himself. Tinykit started walking confidently towards the whispers, not looking back. If they want to stay there, they can. Although he was small, Tinykit knew he had to act big.

Icedpaw flinched, the sight of an unexpected cat a shock. He had listened to whom he would soon know as Alderpaw and Nightpaw fuss. StarClan was gone? Then why were they here? The new cat just tipped it off and he soon pressed close to Thinstripe. He was hardly an apprentice, still with kitten fur and everything. Thinstripe was a many time queen, and extruded the motherly feel he needed. His mind reeled from dismay, shock, confusion, fear, panic... Where was he after all? What was going on? The silver tom just wanted to mewl like a newborn.

Stormpaw wandered around studying each cat

Fawnpaw looked up at the brightest star. "Starclan..." she murmured in awe, padding towards the pond. "Well, what are we waiting for? It's Starclan, isn't it? Shouldn't we listen to them?" she looked back at the other cats expectantly. Strangely, Fawnpaw wasn't scared. The voice was relaxing and alluring, giving the apprentice the sense that everything would be okay if they did what it asked.

"I- I guess we can't disobey StarClan... But do we tell our leaders? We don't know who's Dark forest or not." Alderpaw was conflicted on what to do, he didn't want to lie to Thrushstar, but the leader was getting unstable. Was it possible that the Dark Forest was influencing the old tom? Would silence be the best route? Even if he was silent, could he really sneak away from his clan to follow a dream?

OOC: BTW, remember not to post in the upcoming gathering. Our cats will meet in the next topic to set off to find StarClan.

Stopping in his tracks, he looked back to the other cats. Scared of StarClan? How is that possible?We are in their territory, how could they be afraid? The small cat didn't really know who this Dark Forest was, but they couldn't possibly be stronger than StarClan, right? "Come on!" The small cat meowed a bit louder than he usually talked. Apparently he was nothing more than a kit to them, but he would still be heard, even if he was an odd little cat. Besides, they needed to find StarClan before the starry cats disappeared!

Nightpaw's ears flickered as the kit began to move off. Giving the others a glance, she bounded over to the kit and redirected him back to the group. "Not yet." She told him, waving him back to the pond. She took her spot again. "I think our leaders would understand if it was StarClan." Well, she didn't know Thrushstar personally. It always seemed that he didn't like her at all. He would stare at her with anger in his eyes.

Thinstripe nodded at Alderpaw "We don't? We were all the ones to see this, why should we, maybe StarClan doesn't want them to know just yet" she mewed, she wasn't trying to say anything rude about telling the leaders, but that was probably what it sounded like.

Stormpaw looked around "M-Maybe we should follow?" she said hopefully bringing ideas to the cats
