A Paranormal Love [Closed]

He saw everything from above, way up in the darkness of the night sky. He saw his children, his friends, his enemies, his family, everybody. This was the kind of power he had wanted for so long when he was still alive; the kind of power that he had hungered for and killed for. So, if he was satisfied, why did he feel so empty?

Shatteredsoul closed his eyes and relaxed his muscles, picturing the beautiful face of his mate. "Thinstripe, I miss you. I want you here with me. Please, come to me Thinstripe. Please." The tom could almost feel his words drifting downward and flowing into the ears of Thinstripe. He knew she could hear his whispers, and he spoke to her every day. The words he cried out could only be heard by her, and he hoped she believed they were real. In moments, Shatteredsoul felt the presence of someone with him, and he opened his eyes. "Thinstripe, it's been so long. I knew you would come."

Thinstripe awoke in a dark, cold, misty place. She heard the voice of her old mate, she looked for him as she recognized a pelt that she had seen before, she sat down and looked at Shatteredsoul "Shatteredsoul, I've missed you so much!" she purred.

Without thinking, the runt ran forward and embraced Thinstripe. He purred and licked her cheek, then nuzzled her flank and breathed in her sweet scent. "I've missed you, too," he sighed. "I can see everything from up here, but it is often hard to hear what is going on. Tell me about my son, Thinstripe. Tell me all about Scorchpaw." Out of all of his children, Shatteredsoul took the most pride in his first born, Scorchpaw. If only Darkpaw could be like his brother, then maybe the empty space inside of Shatteredsoul would be filled.

Thinstripe nodded "Scorchpaw..." she began "He's so nice to others and his mentor is Gentlenose, a friends of mine. He is...Different, he's doing well in training and I hope he becomes a good warrior like you" she mewed looking down "But the only thing I worry about is him and his littermates," she sighed and looked up at Shatteredsoul "I told him about it, I told him they are in different Clans. He believes me but I don't think the others do..." she trailed off and closed her eyes "I wish they were all together in a Clan, then they wouldn't have to be like that" she ended.

Shatteredsoul stared off into the distance, nodding at what Thinstripe said. "Give them their time, Thinstripe. Every cat must choose his own path, no matter how good, evil, or unbelieving they are." He sighed and rubbed his paws into the dry dirt. "We put them in separate clans to keep our forbidden relationship a secret, remember? Maybe you need to wait a bit longer to reveal everything to our children. Once they are warriors, I bet they'll understand better."

"I know, I just want them to know. I want them to know their true mother and father, not just some RiverClan queen" she continued "I will talk to them later I know, your right" she tried to calm down.
