It was risky, but the clan needed food. Darkflight took a deep breath and stepped back into Thundercla territory, a hunting patrol right behind her. It felt strange, sneaking around to hunt in her own territory, but Riverclan and Skyclan had taken a strong hold over the forest. So strong that her diminished clan had been forced to flee out of the territory to whatever place could feed them. The deputy glanced behind her and swished her tail side to side. A battle signal used for hunting, this was ridiculous. "Spread out."

Thinstripe looked near the river but shook her head, she spotted a rabbit hole and grinned. A rabbit and a smaller rabbit hopped out, she stalked both of them and leaped up. Holding both down she bit both of their necks killing them as their squeals faded.

Gentlepaw nodded swiftly, and bounded off deep into the territory, hot on the trail of a rabbit. Soon she spotted her pray, the brown and tan creature nibbling at some fresh shoots under foliage. The Thunderclan apprentice instinctively dropped down, prowling forwards in a silent hunter's crouch. By now it was natural for her. After all, she was nearly a warrior. She was within a few fox lengths of the rabbit when she sprung onto it with a powerful kick of her back legs, sinking her front claws into its back so it couldn't escape. Grasping its neck in her jaws, she ended its life in one small jerk.

Gentlepaw dug a small hole for the rabbit and covered int back over before trotting off in search of new prey. She hoped that neither of the other two clans occupying their territory would find it before she had a chance to collect it.

Tulippaw padded over to Darkflight with a well-beaten squirrel in her jaws "Look." she said proudly and quietly even though it was half-torn apart she still hunted without training.

Thinstripe dug a small hole for her kill and headed off again, this time hunting in a tree. She was pretty good at climbing, she dug her claws into the bark and scrambled her legs up the tree. Soon reaching a branch with a robin on it she stalked it carefully, unsheathing her claws she leaped up opening her jaws and biting into its back, killing it. She smiled proudly and picked it up, heading for the hole she had made with the rabbits in it she padded over and dropped it in, then covering it and heading deeper into the forest but still stayed close to the leader, Darkflight.

OOC: I'm pretty sure I can just call her Darkflight since she didn't get her lives and name yet.
