What are the duties of a medicine cat: To collect herbs, learn their benefits, and use them to heal any physical wounds of their clanmates, or of anyone else who may need help. Medicine cats serve as the bridge between StarClan and the forest, reading any interpretations of their ancestors will, and guiding the clan in spiritual matters. They also often serve as advisers to leaders. It's their sworn duty to stay out of any outer-clan conflict and treat all cats equally.
What you would do with this position: To try and learn / use these fancy new heal moves in the soonest battle asap to maximize the amounts of salt. To try and bring more purpose to the position of medicine cat again. It is actually my favorite role in the universe, and I want to see if I can revitalize their place in roleplay. They're some of the most important characters in the books. Roleplay, it's a different story. Maybe we can change that.
Why you think you deserve this position: I've had two medicine cats on the site before: Ebonyroot and Ebonyleaf. The first Ebony is obviously my namesake, and I think was one of the best medicine cats in the history of the site. She trained pretty much the entire forest, and served the entire forest. (Literally, she would run to other clans on a regular basis to help with broken bones or kit healings.) Ebonyleaf was similar, but she fell because of my own short-comings in dealing with real life. However, I've learned my lessons, and found a new interest in warriors, and are ready to go~.
Let's face it, I've always been the coolest MC Hammer ;D
