Oh Dear. Fire in the Stream OPEN

Firepaw didn't know what to do. She was utterly bored. The ginger she-cat with the gray stripes was clueless as to what she was going to do. She had been waiting for her sickness to pass, and it finally ended, but now she was just feeling more miserable! The apprentice was tired of waiting to be appointed a warrior, surely she'd passed her time? She'd learned enough right? She doubted it. Firepaw's shoulders slumped and she let out a long sigh.

Noticing her denmate down in the dumps, the red she-cat bound over and tackled her with her usual rambunctious energy fuelling her impressive leap. She landed square on Firepaw's back, probably knocking the breath out of the fellow ginger she-cat. "Someone looks like they got the blues. What's botherin' you, Firepaw?" She asked, rolling over the she-cat once she'd gotten her attention.

Dewkit noticed the two clan mates talking together. She had missed the sickness in the camp so didn't understand the real dangers and misfortune it caused. Dewkit approached the two cats eagerly with her long silver tail in the air, "Hey guys! Whatcha' doing, why are you so down Firepaw?" she asked intrigued but worried for her clan mate.
