The Leaves Precious Cedar (CLOSED- ME N ICE ONLY)

Leafsnap wanted badly to talk to her beloved mate, Cedarfur. She missed their talks- he was always busy with something to do. So, she organized a time for them to talk on a day he didn't plan on having duties. "Cedarfur? You here?" She called, hearing pawsteps by the camp which she was close to.

Cedarfur sat around camp, doing nothing in particular when he remembered he was supposed to meet with Leafsnap. He wondered why his mate sounded somewhat distressed and hoped he didn't do something wrong. The tom got up and trotted over to where she waited. As he got closer to her, she called for him. "Yes Leafsnap, it's me," he said softly, walking up to her side.

"Finally." She said, a bit unhappy. "Can we just chat or something?" She asked, her mood a bit diminished, staring off at nothing. "I feel like we don't really do things together like we used to." She said, looking up at him. It's not that she missed him like most she-cats do when their mate wonders off from them a bit. She just wanted to talk a little, catch up, you know? She was tiny, he was tall, they were practically made for each other. The perfect relationship. Not too clingy or needy of each other. She just felt they needed some alone time from Mistypaw and the Clan. She flicked her tail, wanting him to follow her for a stroll.

OOC: Lol that's a bit long I guess. I just wanted to sum up her emotions for you.

Cedarfur stood in silence, listening to his mate. The tom would have said something, but decided to stay quiet, since it was probably best to let her talk first. He could tell she was a bit on edge and gave a nod, knowing to follow her lead. I hope every thing is okay.... he thought, almost giving a worried meow.

Leafsnap turned back to him as she padded out a bit, finally sitting down. "So, I just wanted to say I want us to talk a bit. I kinda miss it. Ya know?" She asked, hoping that he would understand. "Any topics you'd like to discuss? How's your apprentice?" She asked, trying to start it off.

Cedarfur sat down next to her and gave a purr. "My apprentice is doing good, though she is sometimes argumentative," he gave a small laugh. Then sighed, "I'm sorry we haven't gotten to hang out as much as we used to, don't take it personally, I would want to spend the rest of my days with you, I swear," the tom laid down to nudge his mate on the cheek, his head almost as tall as her sitting up.

Leafsnap purred at his comment about his apprentice. "Witherpaw is okay too. I haven't really seen her personality, but she's quite outgoing." She mewed in response to his. "I mean, it's fine, I guess. I just like to be with you too. But we both have our duties and must understand each other's needs and what we have. Be glad I'm not too clingy." She mewed with a chuckle.

"Agreed," the tall tom said with a small sigh. "And, I wouldn't mind if you were clingy, by the way," he pointed out, giving a smile.

She smiled and nuzzled his shoulder. "My wonderful Cedarfur." She mewed, full of contentedness. She then moved back to face him. "Any news or stuff you want to talk about?"

"I don't mean to sound boring, or uninterested in the topic...But actually, not much has been going on lately. Well, besides Smokepelt's complicated love life," the tom chuckled.

Leafsnap purred. "I do have some news, however..." Leafsnap said with a shy smile. She had very good news- she was pregnant again.

"News?" The tall tom tilted his head, his eyes sparkled at his mate.

She smiled. She'd been holding this in for seven moons now. "I'm pregnant." She mewed, revealing her belly which was hidden under her tail.

Cedarfur's spirits lifted and he jumped up with joy. "Really?! Oh that is just wonderful! Another kit?" He licked his mate's muzzle, the happiest father in the world.

ooc-sorry for late post XD And still a teeny bit confused on how Kestralkit is our daughter if there was a Kestralkit as my sister, but I guess she never posts any more so okee! :D

Leafsnap nodded with glee. "Six months, now." She purred, licking his cheek. "The medicine cat said there's a possibility of three kits!"
