Orbit says Bye

Orbit settled down for another rest in her nest. She stared up at the glittering stars. She sighed. For her, lately, life had slowed down. She was an elder now, no being able to hunt or fight, or even take care of wounds. Her friends no longer seemed to.need her, her life seemed to be growing useless. She closed her eyes, swiftly falling in a deep.sleep. She dreamed of hunting again, and raising storm with Flames. She missed him more as each day passed. The sun rose beautifully the next morning, glittering in the sky. But, Orbit did not wake to see it. Her generation was dead. But as she died, she knew her clan would be well cared for. Those were her last thoughts as the warmth died from her body.

IC: Since the terrible death of his Grandfather, and Marigoldleaf giving birth to beautiful - and healthy - kits, along taking well care of Mystery, and the recent fight with SpiritClan, it had honestly been a lot to take in.

Eagle loved to feel the warm rays of sun hit his Siamese fur. It was always so calming and relaxing.

But today, something felt... off. The camp reeked of blood and death.

The young tom padded into a den, gasping and crying terribly loud at the sight of their new dead grandmother... Orbit!

"Orbit! NO!" He shrieked, "Orbit! This CAN'T BE HAPPENING!" He nuzzled her fur, sobbing and hysterically crying. The heart-broken tom was so depressed right here at that very moment... He wanted to commit suicide.

But he couldn't.

He needed to live peacefully with Marigoldleaf, and Willowkit and Winterkit(?).

Moonlight jumped up from his nest when his brother yowled into the den. Then he smelled blood. "Grandma Orbit? Eagle what's wrong with her..?!??" He mewled in panic.

"I don't know," He murmured dryly.

"I found her like this." Whimpered Eagle warily. He felt dizzy and ill with sadness and depression.
