Whitekit and Troutkit's Apprentice Ceremony

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the willow branch for a Clan meeting," RiverClan's leader shouted from her perch.

Whitekit sighed and heaved himself up to his paws, padding lazily to the clearing he sat down and wrapped his skinny ginger tail around his paws. What is it now?

Dewleaf tilted her head and sought out Salmonstripe, "Is it time?" She mewed nervously.

Salmonstripe bounded out of the nursery. It is! "I think it is."

Troutkit got up with his mother and brother with a yawn. He was usually a real stick in the mud, but couldn't help but feel excited. Today was the day he would get more respect!

Whitekit rolled his amber eyes carelessly, "What's going on?" He mewed to Troutkit.

The queen padded over to her sons. "It's your apprentice ceremony! Do you remember Creammist's warrior ceremony? Well, now you're going to get to train and become a warrior like her! Isn't that exciting?" 


OOC: Dew, me and Blaze have an idea...

Whitekit shrugged, "I suppose" He wasn't really excited, but the thought of being a warrior was pleasing.

"I guess what she said is what's going on." Troutkit said.

Whitekit checked his fur and looked up at Fishstar expectantly.

OOC~ So was just being mates the idea or was it like a whole thing?

Troutkit also turned his attention to the leader.
