The Whisper is about(open)

Whisperkit poked her fuzzy tannish kitten head out of the nursery before she quietly padded out looking around camp with wide eyes the small kit grinned some. She sat where she was before she heard paw steps and she looked around.

Paintedkit usually wasn't the one to put her paws where they didn't belong. But sitting in the nursery all the time got pretty boring. So she decided to switch it up a bit and venture from the comforts of the nursery. She didn't get far before she spotted a familiar looking fuzz-ball. "Hey Whisperkit!" She said trotting up to her sister. "Watcha doin?"

Whisperkit blinked and jumped slightly at her sisters voice before smiling some"oh nothing I was just exploring camp"she mewed smiling.

Paintedkit grinned when her sister jumped. She sat down and tilted her head slightly. "Well that's fun and all...but we've already explored most of the camp. There's not that much to explore in camp anyway." Thinking for a split second she curled her tail and hopped up. "I've got an idea! How about...we go explore the outside." She said that last part in a secretive tone that only Whisperkit would've been able to hear.

Whisperkit's eyes got big and she smiled"yeah let's go"she mewed standing on her paws now.

Paintedkit was more than happy to lead their expedition. "Alright, follow me." She whispered to her sister and slipped past the fresh-kill pile through some bushes. By the time she escaped the thresholds of camp she was covered in leaves. "Comeon!" She said waiting for her sister to pop through the brush.

Whisperkit came from the bush covered in leaves. The small she kit shook the leaves out and followed quickly after her sister.

Paintedkit purred at the sight of her sister and turned and bounded through the forest turning back every now and than as to make sure Whisperkit wasn't far behind. "This is gonna be great!" She had never been outside of camp before and it was a nice change of scenery. Of course they weren't suppose to be outside of camp but that wasn't a concern right now. Paintedkit stopped when she saw the biggest trees she'd ever seen even bigger than the ones near camp. "Whoa!"

Whisperkit scampered after her sister. She knew they weren't supposed to be out of camp but she didn't care at the moment. She stopped quickly before she could collide with her sister."wow that's a big tree"she mewed.

"It must so hard trying to climb this monster!" Paintedkit exclaimed and put her two front paws on the trunk and stood on her hind legs. Paintedkit could only imagine trying but she wandered how impressed the warriors would be if she climbed it. Maybe than she'd be able to become an apprentice sooner! "Lets try." She said extending her claws staring up at the sky with determination.

"Ok!"Whisperkit mewed smiling and put her front paws on the trunk,standing on her hind legs. The she kit unsheathed her claws and started to climb or we'll try to climb the tree.

Paintedkit was determined to climb the big tree. She extended her claws and leapt as high as she could. As the leapt her claws stuck to the bark except one of her paws slipped sending a piece of bark down onto Whisperkit but she quickly regained her balance and clung to the bark to keep from falling. She wasn't that high up but she'd have to start over again if she fell! "Sorry!" She mewed looking down at her sister before proceeding to try to climb this humongous monster.
