Oh Revenge Sucks... [open; plz join]

It had been a while since Thrushstar was on a normal patrol. There were several times during the night when he made his own rounds about the territory but never really at the border itself. He couldn't exactly bring himself to do it. It was still hard looking through the pine trees into Skyclan territory without seeing some kind of memory of Mapleface or Mottlepaw. At this point, it was his entire family. Losing his father as an apprentice, losing his mother just after being named deputy to Reedstar, losing Mottlepaw to sickness and Mapleface to a deadly fall off of a rock that wasn't too far from where he stood. This time, though, things were a bit different. He actually went on a typical border patrol with a couple of warriors/apprentices that were a little farther behind than he was, but that was okay. Walking around the border, the Shadowclan leader looked into the evening, staring over the border as the last rays of the setting sun disappeared in the sky. "Everything looks good..." he muttered to himself.

Snowfall walked up to her previous mentor. "Hello Thrushstar. What are you up to?" She asked curiously.

Rockfall had been patrolling the borders, though everything was very peaceful. There wasn't a fox scent for moons, hopefully they are gone for good and if they were it was all thanks to shadowclans kindness. They have been able to drive the badgers and foxes out after all, definitely not a clan to be messed with. The broad grey toms ears perked at the sound of more cats, shadowclan obviously but they seemed a little bit to near to the border. Hopefully Breezestar wouldn't mind, but it's good to check whats going on. "Thrushstar is that you..?" Rockfall mewed calmly looking towards the brown tom with humble amber eyes, giving the other she-cat a nod in greetings not really sure who she was but that didn't matter much, a friend of trushstars was a friend of his.

Looking back towards Snowfall, the tom flicked his ear before looking back into Skyclan's territory. "Just a border patrol. I want to make sure that the border is well marked and that the badgers and foxes are finally out of here. We drove all of them out, but some might be a little more stubborn than others," he said before another somewhat familiar voice called out from the other side of the border. Moving slightly in order to get Rockfall into his field of vision, he dipped his head towards the Skyclan deputy. "Greetings, Rockfall," the leader meowed. "How is Skyclan?"
