"I dont know who did you look through?" she asked starring back

"I-I'd rather not say..." he murmured quietly, shuffling his paws around.

"Aura you can Trust me!" she looked him in the eyes

"I know, I know. I just feel...uncomfortable when it comes to finding a mate..."

"Aura what would you like in a mate?" she asked tilting her head

"Sincerity, loyalty, humor...easy to talk to..." he began listing.

"Who fits ur bill?" she asked looking back up at the stars

"O-Only a few people," he whispered under his breath.

"Who Aura?" she tilted her head again

"I-I'm sorry, I've said too much!" he meowed before running back into the apprentices' den.

This time she was not holding it in. The darkness surrounded her soul as she stalked out of the camp. Nobody coul talk to me seh just keept walking

Goldenfeather woke up to the noise of Aurapaw blundering back into the apprentices' den. "Can't anyone get a bit of sleep around here?" She grumbled. Seeing that she wasn't going to go back to sleep any time soon, she padded out of camp and ran into Shiningpaw.

Darkness swirled around her paws. "hey golden." she whispered and justs keeped walking

Goldenfeather knew something was up. "What's wrong?" SHe mewed.
