The Stone Kit

Stonekit licked the back side of his paw a few times, as he sat in hiding, "This place reeks.." he said quietly to himself. The sound of other cats was on the wind, but not close enough for them to be any threat, he shivered a bit still being a kit his fur wasn't too thick, well not thick enough to keep him extremely warm. "Maybe a fresh mouse, will clear my head" he padded off in search of his prey, but silently stalking the forest for sounds and tiny squeaks.
