Fangkit the Curious

Fangkit opened her bright green orbs and stared up at the nursery ceiling, soon getting bored of that. She rolled over onto her tummy and snuck out of the den. The black kit blinked, looking around the camp. "Woah!" she squeaked. Fangkit ran over to the fresh-kill pile, bumping into a warrior. "Wassis?" she demanded, thrusting a mouse forward. Whatever it was, it smelled delicious. Not waiting for an answer from the warrior, she ran off to a big rock. "Big!" she squealed. The curious she-cat climbed up, staring down with wide eyes. "Hey! I can see the whole world from here!" Fangkit cried happily.

Spiderkit rolled his eyes as he followed his sister around the whole camp. As he sat at the bottom of the rock, he looked up at his sister. "How's the view?" He asked her.

Fangkit surveyed the clearing with pride. This is my home! "Horrible." she answered with a smile on her face before rolling her eyes. "See for yourself!" The kit half ran, half slipped down the rock and jumped onto the ground. "Go on up there!" she meowed, giving him a gentle push.

Spiderkit laughed and climbed up the rock. At the top, he looked all around and stood with pride. "I am Spiderstar of..." Windclan or Shadowclan? He was from both, but he wanted to be like his father. "Shadowclan, and I am here to take over Windclan!" He pounced down onto his sister and tackled her to the ground. He was a little taller and skinnier than Fangkit, so he didn't have much of a chance in the "battle" that they were having.

Fangkit squirmed under her brother. "Maggot! WindClan will win!" she hissed playfully.

Spiderkit did his best evil laugh he could do. "You will never win, Fangstar!" He tried to pin her down, but she kept squirming, making it hard. "Urk! Stop moving!" Soon, Spiderkit...or Spiderstar lost his balance and fell off of his sister. He immediately stood up and shook off some mud from his pelt before Fangkit could tackle him.

Fangkit grinned and ran around her littermate. Her idea was to make him dizzy. "Come and get me, Spiderstar!" she growled.

Spiderkit kept his eyes locked with Fangkit's the whole time, spinning around to try to keep eye contact. He started wobbling, then took two slow steps, and fell over onto his back.

Fangkit laughed and trotted over to her brother, leaping on him. "Pinned'ja!" she mewed happily.

Spiderkit growled playfully as he struggled underneath Fangkit. "Get off of me, you doofus!" He yowled as he kicked up dust into his sister's face, trying to temporarily blind and weaken her.

Fangkit growled. "Oh no you didn't!" She growled, biting his ear, not hard enough to draw blood.

Spiderkit yelped as his sister bit him, but it soon turned to a growl as he shoved Fangkit off of him with his back legs, the he stood up. "Shadowclan shall win this battle," he said as he crouched down. He swiped his tiny paw in front of Fangkit's face, meaning not to hit her. "Come at me if you dare!"

Fangkit narrowly dodged a paw swiped at her face, and she growled, her tiny black tail whipping back and forth, stirring up dust. "Grr! I will come at you! Anything for ShadowClan to run away with their tails tucked between their legs!" she boasted, quickly avoiding blows, landing some unaccurate blows of her own.

Spiderkit pounced onto the she-kit and swiped at her back. "Take that you Windclan rodent!"

"Watch it, crowfood eater!" she hissed, biting and pawing at Spiderkit.
