Hardkit, Marshkit, and Coalkit's Apprentice Ceremonies

"Let all cats old enough to capture their own prey gather underneath Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!" Thrushstar yowled after jumping onto the rock. He had some kits to make apprentices.

Hearing the Clan leader's call, the masculine Scorchclaw shifted his dark frame from where he sat and padded over to the Jaggedrock, assuming that there was going to be some sort of ceremony. He noticed that he was the only one here, apart from Thrushstar, and decided to give his pelt a quick groom so he wasn't sitting there looking like a loner.

Coalkit bounded out of the nursery, he was nervous above all but he held his head high. "What is this ceremony for?" He asked himself then shivers went down his body, what if it's mine?

Hardkit jerked awake inside the nursery giving a glance at his peaceful sleeping sibling, giving her a few licks on the head to gently and suttely wake her up. Giving her a gentle nudge as well before he left the comforting moss nest that he had slept in for so long. And exited out of the den in a calm and Mature way. His ear gave a twitch as he looked around seeing others gather around the Jaggedrock for a meeting. Though he was oblivious to what this meeting was exactly about.

Marshkit awoke to her brothers soft lapping at her fur and a gentle nudge on the shoulder. Slowly lifting her small head up she blinked as her brother walked outside of the nursery without a word to her, she slowly rose to her paws quietly stumbling after him. As they both approached the Jaggedrock completely oblivious to what this whole meeting was about.

"Tonight we gather to make these three kits apprentices," Thrushstar announced. "Coalkit, Hardkit, and Marshkit, from today until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Coalpaw, Hardpaw, and Marshpaw. Your mentors shall be Scorchclaw, Finchfeather, and Tigerclaw respectively." With that, the ceremony was basically done. Leaping off of the rock, Thrushstar allowed the others to finish celebrating the three new apprentices.

Coalkit-PAW stepped forward to touch noses with his mentor, Scorchclaw. He felt like bouncing off the walls but only looked forward at his mentor excitement rippled through him.
