Maplepaw...I mean Maplebloom quietly padded out of the warriors den, yawning. She stretched her muscles, then looked around for something to do. Hmm...I want to go for a walk, she thought. As she padded to the entrance of camp, someone came up behind her. Maplebloom sensed their presence, and turned around. "Hello."

"Sure," Maplebloom said as she started leading the way. As she padded along, she took in the little things that she had never noticed before, like the dewdrops on leaves and grass that sparkled in the sunlight...or the sound that the wind makes as it blows through the trees...or even the brilliant colors of flowers growing from the soft, packed soil. As she looked around, she didn't notice a root sticking up out of the ground, and tripped, falling onto her face.

Coalheart whirled around when she heard a muffled thud. "You okay?" the warrior asked, helping Maplebloom up. "Or where you just smelling the earth?" Coalheart teased, not trying to be mean.

The early morning sun was warm on her back as Breezefeather slept soundly in the woods. Her make-shift bed was damp with cool dew, giving the calico warrior a fresh sensation.

"You Ok? Or were you just smelling the earth?"

The playful voice woke Breezefeather, her emerald green orbs scanning the area. Knowing that she was not going to be able to get back to sleep with their racket, the warrior stood up and stretched. Breezefeather then emerged from the ferns to stumble upon Coalheart and Maplebloom. "Hello." She greeted with a curt dip of her head.
