Coalheart wasted no time thinking. "You want to hunt with us? Any prey is useful to the Clan." she meowed.

"Sure, I would love too." Eaglepaw replied and dipped his head. "What's your name?"

Maplepaw soon noticed the other cat that Coalheart was talking to. She padded over with a vole in her mouth. And set it down.

Goldenpaw tried catching a mouse, but failed. She looked around and saw the hunting patrol talking with Eaglepaw. She walked over.

"I'm Coalheart." She meowed. "Hello Maplepaw, Goldenpaw. Good catch."

"Thanks," Maplepaw said proudly. 

Goldenpaw rolled her eyes.

Coalheart smiled. "You're welcome!" She meowed. Turning her attention back to Eaglepaw, she smiled even more."Ready to hunt?" She asked.

"Sure." Eaglepaw stood up taller. "And nice to see you, Coalheart."

Maplepaw burried her vole, then set off to hunt. An unusual smell tikled her nose. She sniffed the air again. "Goldenpaw...do you smell that to?" She asked as she turned to her clan mate.

Goldenpaw sniffed the air. He eyes grew big. She saw it. A flash of red-orange. "Maplepaw, look out!" It was to late. The fox pounced onto Maplepaw. Goldenpaw was so surprised, that she was frozen in her tracks. All she could do was yell for Coalheart and Eaglepaw.

Coalheart nodded. "Nice to meet you, to-" She was cut off. "Eaglepaw! Go get help!" she screeched. Coalheart snarled and ran at the fox.

Maplepaw struggled under the fox's weight, turning her head to dodge bites. "Help," she yelled.

Goldenpaw eventually shook out of her daze and charged at the fox, full force, sending the female flying to the ground. "Get back," she yelled at Maplepaw.

Maplepaw got up and stood next to Goldenpaw. "No, I'm helping you," the young apprentice said as she got ready to fight. "Coalheart, you can help us, and Shadowpaw, you can help,us to!" 


Goldenpaw used run-and-tackle on the fox dealing 15 (plus 5) damage and using 10 stamina

Coalheart hissed and flanked the apprentices.

Eaglepaw narrows his eyes. I'm going to fight with them! He ran towards the red creature.

Coalheart bristled and scratched the fox's nose. "Take that, mouse-dung!" she snarled. The creature snarled and advanced on her. The warrior launched herself off ground and bit its ear. It threw her off and she hit a rock face first. After a few seconds, she picked herself up and went to go fight. The fox had already turned on another cat, but she couldn't tell who because her eyes were so clouded with blood.

A screech sounded the area when a scarred she-cat rushed past an apprentice, easily sizing up the fox, but she did not need to do much since she was just a tad smaller than the canine. Unsheathing her claws she drew it across the foxes face with ease, fluffing up her fur she side stepped it away from the younger cats. "You lot! Take the injured and go! I got this!" She snapped. Smirking at the fox and triumph as it turned to run but she matched it's speed with ease, bluff charging it repeatedly.

Coalheart looked around to see if any of the cats were wounded, but the blood dripping down her face mostly covered her sight. She could see a bit, so she stumbled out of the area and limped back to the camp. "This stupid blood isn't helping anything! I could be out there fighting!" she hissed.
