Lost and Scared

A she-cat was sitting in the tunnels, alone, without practice of memorizing the tunnels like her Clanmates did. Heatherpaw's nostrils flared. The only scent filling her nose was dirt and stale animal scents. Nobody here, then. I'm lost. Lost forever. She wandered around for a while, but exhaustion took over. She collapsed in a golden pile. "Ho-hope-hopeless!" she sobbed/whimpered. "M-my f-fu-future I-is ho-hope-hopeless! I-I'm go-nna b-be st-tuck in h-ere for-ev-forev-" she cut off mid-sentence. She felt a breeze, then sniffed the air. Cats! I smell cats! My future is not hopeless! There was a strong WindClan scent, and the sound of trotting paws. "Hello?" she called hopefully.
