Ok, so this is how it works. So for example, my name is Harry. I'll look at the prefixes and the first letter of Harry is 'h'. Then you go to the second letter, 'a'. Then 'r'. Because there are no other letters in the prefixes that's closest to Harry, the warrior name's prefix is 'Hare'.

Now on to the suffix. For example, my middle name is James. I'll look at the suffixes and the last letter of James is 's'. Then you go to the second last letter, 'e'. The warrior name's suffix is 'scar'.

If you don't have a middle name, then go to the last letter of your first name.

So there you go. Harry's warrior name is Harescar!

By second name, I assume you mean middle name, which both starts and ends with 'A'. Unfortunately, there are no 'a' suffixes. And, my first name ends in 'y' and there are no 'y' suffixes either. xD
So, I went with my last name instead.

Edit: Heh, I did my last name for some reason, but looking at it now I couldn't have done anything with my middle name anyways, with 'A' not being on the list, and even if I did it from the start of it, neither is 'R'. Stupid middle name...
