A Thunder Storm

One day Mudkit heard a rumble. Then he remebered that is was Thunder. He looked into the sky, it started to rain. "Darn now I have to go inside the nursery" he said. So he went inside, he look one last time at the sky, he saw a flash. "Oh my Starclan" he mewed. Than he went inside and went to sleep with the soothing sound of the rain.

Bluesky was running quickly back from the River. She dove into the nursery, soaking wet. "May I stay here for a bit?"Asked the warrior

OOC: Sure, anything you like. I'll give you an intro.


IC: Bluesky looked around the dark nursery shivering licking herself dry. She saw a kit huddled in the corner, looking cold. "Pinekit? Is that you?" She asked in concern.

ooc: thanks

Pinekit lifted her tiny head, seeing Bluesky. Shuddering, and trying to scoot closer into the corner, she nodded to her. "I'm.. so.. cold." She whispered.

Thunderkit ran across the clearing into the nursery.wow he siad. whata storm.

Hawkpaw was racing into the clearing. She was gathering herbs when a bolt of lightning hit a tree nearby. She was so shaken that she didn't take the herbs with her. She raced into the closest den she could find, the nursery. Sopping wet, she turned the Bluesky. "I almost got hit by lightning!" She mewed " I ran here as fast as I could."

"Wow! You should get back to your den and put away those herbs.." She exclamied. "Come here Pinekit. And yes, what a storm!" She wrapped her tail around her.

"I didn't get the herbs, i was too scared. And i dont want to go outside! look how close those lightning bolts are!" Hawkpaw meowed, her voice shaken from fear and cold.

"Oh, okay. Just stay in here for a while..."


OOC: It's funny, cause we're having a HUGE lightning and thunder storm here.

OCC: Wow! we had one yesterday!

IC: Hawkpaw looked outside at the pouring rain and the flashing bolts of lightning. She heard the sound of thunder and rain. But then she heard the rain pour harder. She felt a sharp pain on her head. "Ow!" She squeaked "What the-" Then she looked outside, She was very worried. "Hail!" She mewed. "Hail! Very big hail! Hail as big as stones!" She watched as the hail broke through the dens and hit the ground, leaving small marks. She got hit by another hailstone. "Great StarClan that hurts!!!" She meowed, licking her paw and rubbing it on her head. Her fur glistened with wetness. She was cold, her nose turned light purple.

"Bluesky!" Pinekit mewled with fear, quickly shuffling over to her. "What's going on? Will we be ok?" She asked, shoving her face in her pelt.

Hawkpaw shivered hard. Her fur was soaked and she was cold. Another hailstone hit her, she didn't complain. She was too cold.

A bolt of lightning crackled in the purple tinged sky. The thunder rumbled. Bluesky cuddled with the motherless-kits to keep them warm. "Would you like to come over here?" Bluesky asked.

Pinekit watched blue rocks fall from the sky. What are those? She wondered. The lightning swivered towards the earth faster than a second, and she shuddered at the sight. Water fell from the sky, which she wasn't very concerned of, but it seemed the others were. The small kit looked at Hawkpaw, whom she felt sorry for, being hit with a fury of hail!
