Leopardpaw's assessment

OOC: After this, all you need is a gathering, right? :)

Goldenfeather waited patiently in camp for Leopardpaw to get back from her hunting patrol so that she could tell her the good news.

*grin* yep.

Leopardpaw casually padded in, carrying a few mice in her jaws.

OOC: And gray promised to take us all to the next one... XD I guess you're all set!

Goldenfeather walked over to her best friend. "Guess what?" She asked. "You're having your final assessment!"

The mice fell straight out of Leopard's jaws. "Really?!" she exclaimed, her eyes glinting with excitement.

"Yep!" Goldenfeather said. "You know the rules, right? You're suppposed to catch as much prey as you can between now and sun-down. (Lol, is that how you say it in cat talk?? >.<) You can go now, but remember," she added, her eyes glinting, "I'll be watching you."

Leopardpaw raced out camp. She had barely gone far before she scented mouse. Quickly dropping into the hunter's crouch, she dispatched it with one blow. She buried the prey quicklyafter giving a word of thanks to Starclan. She stopped to taste the air after a while, and found that it was thick with rabbit. Padding lightly like Goldenfeather had shown her, she stalked the animal until she was close enough. Leopardpaw dropped into a hunting crouch and waited. It was a little too long, and the animal scented her. It barely had time to run though, before Leopardpaw had it in her jaws. Giving a word of thanks to Starclan, she buried it with the mouse.

OOC: How many different kinds of prey do you think you'll be able to think of? :P

Goldenfeather stalked through the bushes silently, keeping an eye on Leopardpaw the whole time. She smiled when she saw the rabbit that she had caught. Nice... She tasted the air and scented several other prey. She'll be able to catch alot today I hope...

OOC: *cough cough* Leopard?

Leopardpaw raced through the forest, treading with care. She spotted a blackbird a few tail lengths away, and crouched down. Then, she pounced and killed it with a swift blow.

Goldenfeather felt satisfaction well up in her. She tracked Leopardpaw and waited for her next catch.

OOC:. -_-" Gosh Leopard, you take forever to post. :P

OCC: SORRY! Can we end this soon?

Leopardpaw managed to catch a nice fat pigeon and two more mice.

OOC: Lol leopard, let's keep this alive until either you run out of things to catch or this goes to 2 pages. ><

Leopardpaw noticed the sun was setting. She caught a few more mice.
