Da derp that I forgot about

Nightfire looked around Fourtrees, spotting no other cat. Sighing to himself, he padded closer into the clearing, stop just before the Big Rock and just examining it. Claw marks engraved the big stone, obviously showing signs of usage. He wished Ivypaw was here, he just wanted to see her again. Was she a warrior now? If so, what was her warrior name. His thoughts swarmed with her before a loud crack of a stick being stepped on interrupted him. Turning around, he stared in the direction it came from and glared. Whatever cat was there, would come out if they wanted to be here.

The crack rang out throughout the forest and Ivyleaf looked up with clouded eyes. After her night with Nightpaw here, she could never concentrate. He was the only thing the she-cat ever thought of. Her eyes brightened as she saw Nightpaw. So he really wa here. Good, now she could clear up this whole thing with her friend. She couldn't be mates with him, even if she went to his Clan. She had to end it before she hurt herself, but would that solve anything? Would it just bring mire pain, knowing she turned down the cat she had longed for? She stepped up to him silently with a gentle gaze. "Hi, Nightpaw," she managed to choke out. "Long time no see?"

Nightfire's glare turned to a smile as soon as he saw Ivypaw. She was back! He noticed a sort of, pain within her eyes though. What was wrong with her. "Hey, oh and by the way. I got my name, its Nightfire. What about you? Have you gotten your warrior name" he mewed, possibly Ivypaw was the only cat he could truly talk freely to, and he loved it. He loved her, but he always wondered how they were going to work things out

"Err... yeah," she replied, sitting down and wrapping her tail around her paws. "I'm Ivyleaf," she told him, looking down at her paws. She had to tell him, but he was so happy to see her, he looked so in love with her, and she wish she could act the same around Nightfire. She loved him, but really, how would it ever work out? "Congragulations, Nightfire," she whispered, still looking down.

"Whats wrong?" he immediately had a sad expression on his face. He was so foolishly in love with her, and his mind didn't think about anything except her. Inside, he was being fully naive to think he could be with her. But, he wouldn't admit it to himself, but eventually he would have to realize.

Ivyleaf sighed and sat in silence after Nightfire asked her what was wrong. What's wrong? Of course he knew. He knows, but why is he so in love? Why did he have to make this so hard for her? To Ivyleaf, this wasn't fair at all. "It'll never work out," she replied after a long moment of hesitation, holding back the tears, trying not to choke herself up. "I always loved you, but..." she leaned forward and buried her nose into Nightfire's shoulder, completely failing at the not crying thing. She had tears streaming down her face. Great, this was going absolutely horrible for her, and probably worse for Nightfire. "I don't want to hurt you anymore," she mewed, her voice muffled and almost at a wail.

It wasn't true. Things would work out, it couldn't be this way. No, he wouldn't let it happen. He wrapped his paws around Ivyleaf as if hugging her and and buried his face into her fur, purring at her wonderful moorland scent. Smelled like the most sweetest of flowers, one so delicate that with a breath, it would fall apart. Nightfire wouldn't let that happen to her. "No, i'm fine. We'll be fine. Everything will work out, I promise" he tried to let out words, until they finally tumbled as he wanted to continue to make excuses that this could still go on.

Ivyleaf shook her head, her heart skipping a beat as the tom wrapped his paws around her. She knew he was trying so desperatly to deny the fact that they just couldn't be together. "You know that it won't," she cried, but still burying her face in his fur. It was a change from the moorlandd. The tom's fur smelled likhre forest, sun, and herbs, and she had always liked the forest, it seemed so tranquil to her. But that wasn't the problem. "You're not going to stop being medicine cat, even if I went to ThunderClan," she argued. "You chose to live the path of a medicine cat..."

"It can work out, they will understand. I promise. You should come with me, and stay in Thunderclan. Its great there with all the trees and the leaves and so many nice cats. I'm sure Dewstar will understand if you want to leave Windclan" he mewed, desperate for Ivyleaf to stay with him. He couldn't take it anymore, he couldn't take her continuing to leave him. He just wanted to be truly happy.

Ivyleaf broke away from Nightflame, taking a step back, and finally looked up at him, straight in the eyes. "Nightfire..." she tried to, once again, keep more tears back. Nice try, but that still didn't work. Her life so far just felt so empty without Nightfire next to her all the time, and she wasn't sure about them. Until she realized something. "Nightfire, I'm expecting..." she whispered as quietly as she could, looking back down at her paws. She refused to look at the tom anymore.

Wait, what? Ivyleaf was expecting. It couldn't be his, right? "Whose is it?" he accidentaly said out loud, though didn't think of it as much of a mistake. Nightfire brought himself closer to the she cat and licked her cheek, tempting her to look at him.

The she-cat stepped back again, looking at Nightfire with hurt eyes. "Yours, of course!" She hissed. Nightfire could probably tell she wasn't mad, just hurt. Would he leave her now, since they'll ruin Nightfire's chance at being medicine cat will be ruined because the kits? "You probably hate me now..." Ivyleaf sat down again, tears streaming down her face again. Jeez, what an emotional day. Ivyleaf just couldn't control herself around Nightfire, she never could. "Please don't hate me," she pleaded, still sobbing.

"No no no no, I don't hate you. I love you. I love you so much, I don't mind if you are expecting, I can help you deliver them, back at our camp. Please, just come with me." he pleaded, though quite shocked that she was even having kits in the first place. Nightfire brought himself closer to Ivyleaf and buried his face once more into her fur, but not before giving her tears a good lick to disappear. He was glad that they were his, and not some other cats. He truly wanted her to come with him back to Thunderclan, and live happily.

Go with Nightfire to ThunderClan? Abandon her Clan without a word? Well, WindClan wouldn't care. They never cared for her, which is probably why this happened in the first place. Yes, the forest seemed really nice. Being with Nightfire all the time seemed even better. So Ivyleaf looked up at the tom with puffy eyes, fresh from crying for so long. She gave him a small, joyful nod. "I'll go with you," she told him, her heart pounding. "I'll always be with you," she whispered, burying her nose in Nightfire's shoulder again.

A loud purr erupted form Nightfire throat, once again wrapping his paws around. "Thank Starclan. How about we make a quick nest here and you talk to Dewstar tomorrow morning?" he mewed, licking Ivyleaf's head and wrapping his tail around hers.
