Absol WIP Picture

A few things:

It's unfinished, so thats why it may look funky.
Yes, I use guidelines for my background.
I drew this on my tablet, and will finish it soon.
I used shades of orange/amber to get some color in.
No, it will not be a shiny Absol.
The background will be a cave and grass.

I want some critique, so thats why it is here for you all to see. Before I finish it, I wanted opinions.

I love it and I love Absol!!! I think you should add other Absol's just in different colors. Do you get what I'm saying?

It looks great, but the anatomy currently looks iffy. The head is so tiny in comparison to the rest of the body and the angling seems strange. Moreover, those poor legs don't have any muscle and are just.... stick things. Idk what to say about that. Absol's headpiece is too long, and doesn't it curve towards the face and not downward? Like this? And the part of the headpiece where it comes close to the horn thing seems too... tiny? Or maybe it's the head's shape in general. The neck fur looks really stiff and inanimate to me and Abol's... horn thing looks really strange. Out of this, I'm aware it's not completed, but those little anatomy parts look quite strange to me. Oh, and that body is waaaaaaay too long and skinny. What has that Absol been eating? Dx With the tail, I think its position looks a bit off, but I guess it's fine in general.

Don't mind me. I'm just pointing those little things out.

As for the cave, its texture looks alright so far, but that entrance just irks me. And... I'm assuming the grass will be more detailed later on?

I think almost everything on the absol look fine, except for the head attachment is too long and doesn't curve inward enough. May more muscle on the legs? On the neck fur, put a few strands poking slightly away from the others, so its not so....flat?

The horn is purposely that way, because otherwise it looks really bad.

But I see your points of views, and since I got the Pro version of the app I use, I can do those edits.

It looks great, but maybe you should add ridges to the cave, to make it actually look like rocks. It looks cool otherwise ouo
