Oh look a little Wolfkit [open]

Wolfkit padded out of the nursery, feeling rather excited about finally leaving the nursery. He saw a small feather on the ground and batted it into the air, before watching it float down. He batted it up again, trying not to let it touch the ground. He looked around, wondering if any other cats wanted to play with him.

Lilypaw walked into the clearing after going on a short hunting trip by herself. She quietly dropped her prize catch in the freshkill pile. With a purr she padded over to wolfkit and hit the feather away from him. "Hey Wolfkit" she mewed unaware if the kit knew who she was or not.

Wolfkit looked up at Lilypaw, before watching the feather fall to the ground. "Yes, hey. Who might you be then?" he asked, looking back at the apprentice. He seemed to have forgotten about the feather.

Lilypaw looked down at the kit with soft eyes remembering what it was like when she didn't know any one in the clan. She sat down and wrapped her tail over her paws, "I'm Lilypaw" she mewed proudly. She was so happy to be an apprentice and so much closer to becoming a warrior.

"Lilypaw... nice name," Wolfkit said, before noticing the feather had floated away.

Lilypaw followed the kits gaze to where the feather was, she felt bad for the feather floating away. She quickly looked around the camp to see if there was something else she could get for the kit to play with. "Want to play with a moss ball?" She asked.

"Alright," Wolfkit said. He leapt and grabbed the mossball off the ground, before kicking it towards Lilypaw.

Lilypaw purred as she pretended to miss the mossball clumsily. She quickly and softly swatted it back at Wolfkit. She enjoyed feeling like a kit again.

Wolfkit leapt in the air and caught the ball in his mouth. "Catch this one!" he said, his mouth mouth full of moss. He threw the ball at Lilypaw.

Lilypaw jumped in the air and caught the mossball in her mouth, "nice toss!" She said through a mouthful of moss. She threw the ball back at him a little harder than the last time.

Wolfkit head-butted the mossball back to Lilypaw.

Lilypaw wasn't expecting the mossball to come back so quick, while trying to stop it with her paws she tripped and fell down. "Not bad" she mewed as she stood up.

Wolfkit raced to Lilypaw. "You alright?" he asked.

Lilypaw flicked Wolfkits ear playfully with her tail. "Of course! It takes more than a little mossball to take me out" she mewed.

Wolfkit swerved away from Lilypaw's tail, before asking, "Would you like me to get the mossball for you?"
