My God What Is That

It's a Cinderkit! Cinderkit bounced out of the nursery, running aimlessly around the camp. She'd been cooped up in the nursery for far too long- screw that! Of course, it was all fine and dandy until she smacked face-first into one of her Clanmates. "Sorry!"

Nightpaw had been sitting at the fresh-kill prey, snacking on a toad. She blinked in surprise when she saw a young kit come racing up; and problem raced into her. She rocked a bit at the impact, but a soft smile appeared on her face as she placed a name to this young kit. "It's alright, Cinderkit."

Occ: Gosh; what is up with your cats running into mine. *shot*

Shadepaw looked up from his vole and stiffled a laugh. "Cinderkit, watch where you're going," he mewed. "You almost crushed poor Nightpaw (not really)." His tail flicked in amusement.

Hailpaw looked up from where he was bathing himself in a patch of sun. He giggled a little bit. "May I join in on this group?" He asked, walking over, smiling warmly. It'd be good for the the medicine cat to get to know his clan mates more, but he wasn't really the talkative type to others. He was rather self centered for a medicine cat. Nevertheless Hailpaw was happy to join any group of younger cats, older ones frightened him. lol

Shadepaw glanced up. "Oh, hey Hailpaw!" he greeted the medicine cat apprentice warmly. "'Course you can join us!" He flicked his tail at a spot next to him.

Hailpaw nodded, sitting next to the black tom. He flickered his tail, waiting for the other to speak or do something.

Shadepaw(the older one) crept out behind Hailpaw, a smirk on his face and a mischievous glint in his blue eyes. Leaping up, he let out a friendly yelp next to his friend's shoulder. "Hey Hailpaw's up buddy?" He laughed playfully, smiling at the others. "Oh hey Cinderkit! First time out?"

"Yep! What's up with you two having the same name?" she asked, eyeing both Shadepaws. "That must get really confusing!"

"Hello, Shadepaw, Hailpaw, Shadepaw." Nightpaw paused as the young kit asked her question, before rolled her eyes with a snort, her tail flickering. "Oh, you have no idea how confusing it is Cinderkit. Trying to tell them that it is time for training can be so confusing; at least me and the older Shadepaw will be warriors soon." She grinned as she glanced at the older Shadepaw. "I can't wait until I am a warrior; the apprentice den is getting a bit to crowded."

"You can tell by our pelt colors," Shadepaw (younger one) muttered. "It's pretty easy." He twitched his left ear. "It's going to be a Kong time until I become a warrior," he mewed.

Hailpaw twitched his tail, "I do think it takes longer being a medicine cat apprentice, than a warrior." He mumbled under his breath, twitching his tail some more. But then he looked up and smiled. "I would like to learn how to hunt some day. Oh and hello buddy!" He purred to the older Shadepaw. :D

Ic: Shadepaw laughed. "I agree! Hailpaw you're lucky it's only you and your mentor in the Medicine Den. I bet it never is crowded in there. Still, I wonder when our ceremonies will be?" He meowed curiously, his eyes glancing at Nightpaw.

"Soon, hopefully," Nightpaw said with a sheepish grin, before turning to Cinderkit. She lifted a paw and gently cuffed the kit's ear, sticking out her tongue in a playful fashion.
