Duckkit's Introduction

A small striped head poked out of the nursery. Amber eyes glowed near the center, and their gaze swiveled around. Then a neck appeared. Then shoulders, legs and paws, flanks, more legs and paws, and a tail. The kit had a strange gate; he seemed to waddle instead of walk. Waddling his way across camp, he found a clump of lush, dark grass with a ray of sun light pooling down onto it. He lay down, relishing the soft stuff. He purred, and wondered if anybody would come by him.

Lichenkit squeaked happily, tumbling out of the medicine cat's den and pouncing on his best friend, Duckkit. "Duckkit!" he squealed, landing on the larger tom's tail, gripping it between his teeth playfully before letting the tail go and plopping down next to his friend, his brighter colored pelt contrasting against Duckkit's darker one. "Your mother let you out of the nursery? How great! We can play out here together now. We aren't allowed to go near the reeds though. They said it's unsafe." he said with a serious nod, outstretching his paw to the other kit. "And we must be very, very safe." Lichenkit instructed, his voice so serious and wise.

Duckkit purred batting at Lichenkit's ears.
"Yea, Mum said I could come out and play with you and the others." he meowed proudly, then tipped his head. His dark eyes were glowing with confusion as his dark-striped tail flicked/
"Why is it unsafe there? Maybe we should go look and see what they're talking about. Maybe we'll catch a fish!" he declared, his voice growing from confused and worried to enthusiastic and excited.
"Come on!" he yelled, delight filling his voice as he waddled toward the reeds, ignoring his friend's waring to be oh-so safe.

Lichenkit frowned, following after a bit more slowly. "I don't know, Duckkit. They said that many kits have fallen in. StarClan's watching, you know." He reminded, worried, even though his little paws padded after Duckkit slowly.

IC- "Really?" he waddled through the reeds, and squealed as water splashed his whiskers. Stumbling backwards, he bumped into Lichenkit; his brother.
"Wooah! There's a river there! It's all gurgle-y and splashy and huge!" he said, gasping.

Cherrykit poked her white head out of the nursery before running out. She looked around with her blue eyes until she saw Duckkit and Lichenkit. She dashed over on her tiny cream and brown paws."Hi guys"she said shyly.

OOC: Their parents should be Mudcloud and Nightfur. Just cause I say so.

IC:
Lichenkit squeaked, turning around just as his brother bumped into him. "Hello, Cherrykit!" he called playfully, waving his tail in greeting.

Cherrykit smiled and sat down.

Ooc:I'm still looking for parents for cherrykit

OOC- Fine with me, Kes.

IC- Duckkit fell backwards on his haunches with a soft thud. He turned his head to face Cherrykit, then awkwardly stood up.
"Hi Cheerykit." he purred.
