It's passable, but I need you to do two things.

1. Copy and paste the actual template into your message. Yours is kinda all over the place.

2. Try your best to use proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. etc. It's hard to read otherwise and your fellow roleplayers would really appreciate it. If you have Firefox or something, enable spell-check. Just some advice c:
