Fall is a bit of a dishonorable name. Wanna choose another one, or no?

Origins are the clan your parents are from.

And can you make the rp sample a bit bigger? :3

Maybe it refers to Leaf-fall, since she has brown fur?

If it's still a problem, Leafkit could be could. That's just my opinion though, you can pick whatever name you like x3
