Frost and Grey's Warrior Ceremony

Froststar stared at the great rock (thingy xD Idk) and bit back a hard cough. She had been told by the medicine to sit out from her warrior and leader duties for a little bit as she fought off greencough, but the young warrior hadn't been getting any better. She could have had her deputy do this for her, but she didn't want her clan to worry. She already missed the Gathering. She didn't want to make them think any less of her. So she held back a yelp of pain as she jumped up the rock, causing her head to throb and the world to spin for a moment. She looked down as the ground steadied, now standing above her clan. She probably looked weak and fragile. Nothing like the leader she wanted to be. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather-" She coughed, then flinched. "Just.. Just get over here." She said as loudly as she could, her voice raspy and pained.

Greypaw padded out of the apprentices den quickly her tail lashing with excitement.

Silvershade appeared at the front of the Greatrock.

"Oh I can't wait till I get my name, I hope its Greyheart or maybe maybe Greyfeather." she rambled.

Seeing the two soon to be warriors, Froststar nodded softly to herself before going on. "I call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their turn. Frostpaw and Greypaw, do you both promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" The she-cat asked in a raspy voice, looking down at the two she-cats, a light smile in her eyes.

"I do!" she meowed happily the fur standing on her neck.

After both she-cats answered, Froststar continued. "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Greypaw, from this moment you will be known as Greyfeather. Frostpaw, you shall be know as Frostleap. StarClan welcomes you both as a full warriors of RiverClan." She smiled proudly at the two.

Silvershade smiled as her apprentices were no longer apprentices because that definately makes sense. She was proud. Another two down, many more to go, she thought with an inward smile.

Greyfeather purred in excitement unable to keep herself from shaking.
