Nomming on Fish

Berrysplash padded out of the warrior's den, stretching her legs before padding over to the fresh kill pile. She picked up a small fish, and laid down on a sunny rock. She took a bite of her fish, and found herself looking towards the nursery. The kits should be coming out to play soon. She thought as she ate. Maybe I'll have kits of my own some day.

Frogfoot padded over on the opposite side of the pile and lay down, picking out a smallish fish. He began to neatly and quietly eat it, avoiding anyone's gaze.

Berrysplash's eyes followed the medicine cat, wondering why he was being so secretive. The warrior hesitated for a moment, before grabbing her fish and padding over to him. "Hi Frogfoot," She mewed. "mind if I join you?"

Frogfoot looked up. "Er, sure." He mewed.

Leafstorm padded out of the warriors' den. "Hey," She meowed to her friends. "How's it going?

Greykit bounced out of the nursery alone, she woke up early just to bug the warriors in their sleep but it seemed they were already awake, 'well I don't need to play with the moss I can mess with their tails!" she thought and pounced on Berrysplash's tail.

Frogfoot nodded in greeting, then continued eating his food.
