What the heck?!

If you're going to whine about us restarting THE ROLEPLAY because it was getting stale, noobish and cluttered, then go. Goodbye. We are NOT taking e'erthang awaaay, e'erthang ah wurk'd suh herd fo' awaaay </3. It is going to be put into a nice, polished little box that you can read at your leisure. The roleplay restarting will hardly affect WCC. The history? It is still there. Everything is there. We're just starting a new chapter in WCC's history. Something called "rebooting the canon." If you haven't noticed, people have 23245353454534fdsf I don't even know how many lives running around. Hardly anyone roleplays. There is not a Gathering every month. It is literally impossible to keep track of everyone.

Yes. We're closing the old book and writing a new story. Heck, who knows, it could be a better one. Can you consider the pros of that, people who are planning on disapoofing because they don't want their first lives to be "FO NUTHIN"? (the first lives that are already dead.) I understand where you're coming from. I contributed something to the old rp as well, but that doesn't mean I can't to the new one. I see what can go right with restarting. We're not killing the site. Not the RP. Will I miss my old characters? Sure. But they're put in a wonderful little box right underneath the new roleplay, where I can read all about their noobish adventures and code-breaking acts.

My point is: You're not whining about ANYTHING. You think the reboot is stupid? I think crying over something that has already been decided (I'm pretty sure most of the site agrees with it) is stupid. You can stay, you can go. WCC is still going to be here. There is no reason to dwell in the past (which is what the RP section is right now. Nothing has happened besides a few loose threads in over a year.)
