The deputy ceremony for WindClan

Stormstar leaped onto the Tallrock. So far, nobody was aware that Stormstar was leader, as he had just become leader last night other then Longpaw, Willowstream, who had heard the news from Longpaw, and Runningfoot, the missing deputy who had been found on the way back. It was morning, and cats were coming out of their den. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the Tallrock for a Clan meeting!" His voice rang across the camp, but tiredness could be heard in it, having not been asleep for the last day other then when his leader ceremony took place.

Foxleap limped out of the elder den, looking at her former mentor.

Runningfoot found a spot below Tallrock. A soft smile played across as she knew that Stormstar would be a great leader. She had made the part of the journey back to camp with Longpaw and Stormstar.

Shiningheart Padded up to the clearing and sat down, she was sure who ever the next deputy would be, would do great.

Ravenfeather silently padded out of the warriors den, awakened by her mates yowl. Her eyes shined with curiousity as sh stared at him.

Stormstar's eyes lit up when he saw Ravenfeather. He turned his head toward the cats gathered below. "I have news that effect all of WindClan. I am now leader." He stopped, as he though about what to say. "Because of Runningfoot having disappeared, I went to get my lives but on the way back, we met her. She now understands that I am leader, and is returning to being just a warrior. That means that WindClan is without a deputy, and I have called you all together to name a deputy." His gaze went over all the cats, then he sighed as he continued on. "I say these words before StarClan, that the spirits of our warrior ancestors and Runningfoot," he meowed, flickering his tail toward the she-cat that sat at the bottom of the rock. "May hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of WindClan is... Ravenfeather."

Ravenfeathers eyes grew wide, and for a moment she was speechless. When she finally found her tongue, she dipped her head towards stormstar. "Thank you."

Runningfoot was very happy that Stormstar had choosen Ravenfeather, she would make a great deputy and hopefully a leader at some point. Her light blue eyes followed the black she-cat.

"Good job," Foxleap congragulated Ravenfeather.

Stormstar hopped down from the Tallrock and landed next to Ravenfeather, smiling. "I know you won't let me down."

Occ: Can people not figure out Ravenfeather? It's not Ravenflower or Ravenheart, it's Ravenfeather

"I wouldn't dare dream about it." Ravenfeather meowed softly to him, licking his ear.

Shiningheart beamed and dashed over to the new deputy. "Congratulations!" she cheered and smiled.
