Can't help any one who is bounded

Minkfur ran out of camp, madness filled his pretty grey eyes... He was mad... Mad at death... Mother, Father, sister... all gone... He thought... He was bounded to die... so soon... He ran on and on till a branch of a tree fell on him... it was thin, hit his head he went flying down... and one more branch fell on him.. thicker this time, heavy... to kill a cat, it snaped Minkfur's back and he layed dead... not far from camp...

Creamstripe was out and about, hoping to catch a lucky piece of prey, wandering, hoping to get some fresh air, away from the kits. She smelled Minkfur- and blood. Tears instantly filled her eyes, and she dashed towards the scent, sobbing. "Minkfur!" she yowled, burying her nose in his fur. She picked up the limp figure, heading for camp, still crying the entire time. I lose one of my kits, Stormwing, and now my mate? My StarClan, this world is cruel.

OOC: I'd like to be the one to take him back to camp, so her yowl was drowned in the heavy winds that are today. So. :D

Coldkit was sitting in camp when he saw Creamstripe drag Minkfur into camp. "My uncle too? Why does Starclan hate us?!" He hissed in frustration. "That's three deaths in one day!"

OOC: It's a few days later, Katai.

"StarClan doesn't hate you, it's destiny and that is all." Tears flowed from her eyes like a river; beginning to pool slightly underneath her. This was the one cat she could truly love as much as she did her kits.

ooc: oh. Fail.

ic: Coldkit glared at her. "It's destiny for Skyclan to be killed off? One by one by it's youngest members? Before we know it, Darkkit, Duskkit, or I could be dead!" He hissed angrily.

"Maykit's death was meant to happen! She wasn't meant to be born in SkyClan! Stormwing died to save you-- you should be grateful! Minkfur didn't die on purpose; it was his time!" she mewed, eyes glowing green. Creamstripe glared at the kit, the anger and sadness overwhelming her. "You don't know what it's like to lose a kit!" she yowled, and continued to sob into Minkfur's pelt.

Coldkit just twitched his whiskers in annoyance and stomped off into the nursery.

Darkkit ran from the nursery, her happy expression changing to sorrow when she saw her dead father.

Tornscar noticed some cats gathering around a corpse. Death seemed all to frequent recently, but he couldn't hold back his sorrow when he noticed that it was his former mentor and friend, Minkfur, this time

A little cat leaned against him, crying.

Tornscar noticed the kit leaning against him ~Isn't this his daughter?~ he asked himself. He felt like he should try to cheer her up

She sniffed.

Before Tornscar could react, Coldkit was at her side, nuzzling her. "Calm down now, he's in starclan, watching us." He murmured comfortingly.

"Why did he have to die?" She asked, wiping tears from her eyes.
