Foxkit sat in the nursery, letting out a low sigh, Why did mommy and daddy have to die? The question kept rolling through her mind

Shiningpaw came in with a mouse. not knowing if she could eat it she set it aside and sat next to Foxkit. "hey"

"Hi" Foxkit looked down at her paws

Runningfoot wandered around camp. She had nothing to do as she couldn't organize hunting patrols. Walking into the nursery she overheard voices. Seeing her apprentice and the newest kit in thw clan. "Hello, everyone"

"Hello" Foxkit greeted back

Icepaw padded in with a yawn. "Looks like you guys beat me here!" He purred, amused. Padding forward to Foxkit he sat down. "So, want to play a game?" He mewed happily.

"Sure!" she jumped up to her paws

Icepaw nodded. "Okay, what game do you want to play?"

"You can be the mouse and I can be the warrior, then I can chase you!" Foxkit squealed

Icepaw twitched his ear in amusement. He was a little big to be a mouse, and she was a little small to be a warrior. But whatever made the kit happy. "Alright," He purred. "Bet you can't catch me though!" He laughed, bolting off, even though in the back of his mind he remembered how he was the slowest, yet strongest kit in the nursery(strongest apprentice however his some what tied between Stormpaw and Icepaw).
