Just Another Dream...Or Is It?

Rainpaw yowled loudly, and the world fell silent. "Nothin makes sense in here!" she said, looking around wildly.

R-Rain, r u ok? *looks around wildly, and obliviously, scared*

"Rainpaw..." Aurapaw murmured under his breath, padding up to her as he pressed his flank into her pelt, purring contently. "Is something troubling you?" he asked calmly.

"No, no, nothing at alL!" Rainpaw said unconvincingly. She paced the clearing, watching the sky.

whats going on wit her?! *jumps out of the bush screaming*

Rainpaw shot Dovekit a glance that was somewhere between mad and worried.

"Are you absolutely sure?" Aurapaw asked with a tone of concern, feeling his whiskers freeze in fear.

Dovekit backed away tenced, and then she hissed at Rainpaw

Rainpaw whisked around and landed in front of the small kit. "Hasn't you mother ever told you to respect your elders?!" she said angrily. Turning to Aurapaw, she added "No, I'm not sure"

"So what--" or who, he thought, "--do you think you're suppose to be looking for?"

a tear streams down her cheek, "NO!" she shouted, and then ran away in the opposite direction of the camp

Rainpaw gave Aurapawan apologetic glance then went after Dovekit, catching her eaily and carrying her ack to the clearing.

"get off of me!" she said, tears still streaming down her face

"Dovekit, listen to me!" Rainpaw said. "We're in this together. Nothing in a dream can hurt you! We'll protect you"

*frowns* "fine, now put me down!" she said slightly angry
