Just Another Dream...Or Is It?

Rainpaw padded through the forest with a look of grim determination on her face. She felt she needed to find something, but she wasn't sure what it was. She just put paw after paw. The dark, covered sky was above her, underneath a canpoy of trees.

Aurapaw stealthily made his way, tree after tree, until he heard the sound of leaves crunching under paws. Padding closer and closer to the source, he eventually spotted a bright colored pelt before sprinting out to meet the seemingly familiar cat. "R-Rainpaw?"

Rainpaw jumped when she saw him. "Oh, hello, Aurapaw" she said distractedly.

"What're you doing here?" he asked curiously as he padded closer without hesitation.

Rainpaw looked from side to side and shuffled her paws. "I-I'm supposed to be looking for something, but I can't find it" she said, and began to walk off again.

"W-Wait!" he called out to her, running up to Rain's side before slowing down his pace to match hers. "C-Can I help you?"

"I would, ut I don't even know what I'm looking for!" Rainaw said, mostly to herself.

Dove then came running up. "h-hey guys" she said soundin terrorized

Aurapaw stopped in his tracks as her last few words echoed in his mind. "W-Well, perhaps it's not what, but who you're looking for," he suggested in a hushed tone, half hoping that she hadn't heard.

Rainpaw was lightly distracted by Dovekit's appearance. "Hi, Dovekit!" she said excitedly.

h-hey, uh have you seen a kit anywhere around here? younger then me........by any chance? *looks around worriedly*

Rainpaw glanced at Aurapaw with curiosity. "A..kit, you say?"

"uh, ya, well....its a long story." *looks around wildly*

Feeling his usefulness was void, Aurapaw turned away from Rainpaw and Dovekit and began stalking his way back into the depths of the forest, slightly disappointed.

Rainpaw watched him go with burning curiosity. "I have time" she said to Dovekit.
