Willows battle training

butterflywing padded into the medicen cats den "Willowpaw?" she called.

Willowpaw's head popped up from her nest.
"Yes?" she mewed. The apprentice seemed to be wide awake, despite it being early in the morning.


OoC: Thank you so much for doing this!! It's one of the two things I have left to become a full meddie, and there aren't really any other active warriors. *hug* Thankyouthankyouthankyou!

"would you like to come out and teach you some battle moves if needed" she said as she saw the younger cat.

occ:np rain least I could do.

Eagerly, the medicine cat apprentice stood up, stretching out her legs.
"Absolutely," Willowpaw mewed, leaving her den.

"ok then come on" butterflywing said padding towards the camp entrance.

Willowpaw padded after Butterflywing, still trying to fully wake up.

Buttflywing padded over the hills for a little while until she was in the training area. She sat down and waited for willowpaw.

Occ:I am so sorry for taking so long ive been really bussy lately

OoC: It's okay. I'm sort of trying to rush through this, since it's one of the last two things Willow needs to become an apprentice.


Willowpaw entered after Butterflywing.
"I only need to know the basics," she mewed. "Since I'm going to be a medicine cat, I'll merely need simple defensive moves."

"ok then let's get started" she purred and with claws shethed softly wiped her paw across willow paw ears. "in an emergency use claws, use more force, and go down to hit them more in the head to daze them" she said

"Claws and force," Willowpaw repeated. "Got it."


OoC: Would you mind if I accidentally injured Butterfly? It wouldn't be too bad, but I need to practice the healing system as well.

Occ:yea sure that was the second point of this exercise lol but please wait till we learn like the few moves

Ic: butterflywing quickly moved onto the next one and dove slightly for willowpaws legs but stopping herself before she hit the ground "next move fast and dive for their legs to put them off balance" she said "otherwise use what you learned from playing in the nursery but with more force, claws, and teeth."

OoC: Of course. They can have a practice battle thingy, just to make sure Willow can apply them, and she uses more force or aims weird or something. ^^


"Knock them off balance."

Willowpaw made the same motion a few times, seeming to plan it out in her mind. Everything was strategy to her. Finally, she stopped and nodded to Butterflywing.
"I understand," she mewed.

"good now let's see how you can use them" she purred "I'll stand still, a little, and you attack me" she said

Taking a deep breath, the apprentice closed her eyes, gathering her thoughts for a moment. Then she struck out, claws unsheathed, at Butterflywing's ears.

butterflywing saw the claws to late and got part of her ear cut and yelped "nice job but when training keep your claws in please" she said flicking her blooded ear.
