Capturing SkyClan

Moonfrost crinkled her nose. Why are the kits messing with me? She wondered with annoyance and amusement. It wasn't until she heard the unformilar voice and the word Stonestar that tipped her off that she wasn't in her camp. "Gah!" She yowled, jumping up in surprise. She looked down at the little kit with wide eyes.

As soon as Moonfrost jumped up, Willowkit jumped with her and let out a shrill squeak of fear before she darted backwards and stood behind Sootshadow's bush. All of her long, thick fur was standing on end as she shrank back away from the deputy. "P-please don't hurt me strange, fishy-smelling cat! I... I didn't mean to wake you!" She cried.

Moonfrost tilted her head, although she was looking around for hostile cats. "I'm not going to hurt you, little one." She meowed gently, although she made no attempt to get near the kit.

Willowkit stared wide-eyed at Moonfrost until she slowly poked her head out of the bush but she didn't dare get any closer than that. After looking at the deputy for what seemed like ages, she stuck a paw out as if she wanted to get closer. "What's that red stuff on your forehead?" She asked softly. "Are you hurt? I'm sure Dustleaf wouldn't mind giving you herbs to help with that. She's really nice! She cures me of boredom!"

Moonfrost frowned, realizing that there was a warm, sticky liquid on her head and was seeping through her fur. She gave Willowkit a small, reassuring smile. "Don't worry, there is a medicine cat back at my camp. I should get back anyway, considering I can't be here..." She trailed off. "Anyway, I bet I can get back." She meowed to the kit.

Gracestep, who was merely attacked once by Hopeclaw, sighed. "Sorry Moonfrost! We didn't mean to almost kill your whole patrol!" she called.

Bramblepaw was aching all over because of the battle then remembered that it was his very first and then all the pain vanished even though he had a sort of deep gash on his shoulder. He then padded over to Rainpaw and said "Hey are you ok?"

"Willowkit, go fetch Dustleaf or go back to the nursery" Stonestar called

"Singepaw gave me a good cut with her claws, but I'm alright; it's not that bad," just as Rainpaw said it she realized how badly the cut really did sting (she had never experienced a real wound before), but she was careful not to show she was in pain to Bramblepaw. Just then, she noticed the large gash on his shoulder. "But you're not alright! You should have Dustleaf look at that." Rainpaw forgot about her own wound and began licking the blood from her friend's shoulder.

Bramblepaw felt a little better with Rainpaw licking his wound. He was pretty dizzy with all of the fighting that had happened and the gash on his shoulder. He then said "I think there might be others that need more assistance than me. I think I can manage for a little bit more."

Rainpaw gave a few more licks before stopping. She then looked her friend in the eye with a slightly concerned expression. "Well, if you insist," she mewed softly. "Maybe we should go find Dustleaf." Rainpaw was already scanning the camp for the medicine cat.

"Wait!" Smallkit queaked. "I know something of somewhat medicine!" he told them. "You gotta clean the wound. When I stepped on a thorn, she put an orange flower on it!" he remembered.

"Ok I'll search for her to." he then searched for the medicine cat.

Rainpaw gave an amused purr at the little kit's excitement. "Well then, Smallkit, I have a very important job for you," she said playfully. "I need you to help Bramblepaw find Dustleaf and help her treat the wounded cats. Think you can do it?"

Bramblepaw gave a purr of amusement that Smallkit knew this. "Come on Smallkit, lets go search for her."
