Pain of death.

Stripedspine decided to take a tour around the territory. He came across a broad-shoalder, lean, wolf-like cat. Scared, the tom tried to run, but the thing leaped on him with a loud roar. Screams escaped a white muzzle as the tawny creature slashed madly at his stomach. Another screech took the thing's eyes away, long enough for Stripedspine to bite deeply into it's throught. He wobbled away, struggling through the snow, leaveing a pink trail. Soon foxes came, making the cat screech in fear. Stripedspine stumpled and wailed as teeth bit into flesh and toar. The cat was being eaten alive! Later, they finished him, leaving nothing but blood.

OOC: u srs brah? *no not bra* o.o; that's some awful bad luck for one single cat in like.. 5 minutes... it's a little.. unrealistic dontcha think? anyway...

Willowkit had been wide awake in the nursery when Stripedspine had decided to leave camp. After quietly sneaking away from Sootshadow, she followed him as silently as she could before she ended up losing him in the territory. Frightened and confused, she wandered around until suddenly she heard terrified screeches and yowls of pain. Shriveling back from the sound, she jumped into a nearby bush as the horrific sounds continued until suddenly everything grew quiet... Too quiet. Peeking her head out first, she looked around for any kind of movement before she carefully padded out and ran towards what used to be Stripedspine. Instead of finding the cat, all she saw when she looked at the ground was scarlet stained snow and grass that was oddly warm. Gasping sharply, she backed out of the blood horrified and ran the opposite way of which she came leaving red paw prints on the ground, hoping it was the way back to camp. "SOOTSHADOW!" She yowled in a loud, shrill voice filled with urgency and fear. "SOOTSHADOW!"

ooc- Wut? I just didn't wanna stretch the topic with more and more posts. This took aslong as it takes for about five full grown foxes to eat a cat. Not vary much if you think about.

Sootshadow's amber eyes snapped open as she heard Williowkit's cries. She looked around the nursery, gracekit, and Bubblekit where sleeping. She say that Williowkit was gone and she ran out of the nursery to find her scent mixed with Stripedspines. Her lips drew into a snarl, and she ran out of the camp to find Williowkit running towards her, "What is wrong Williowkit?!"

OOC: it's not the time I was talking about. It's the fact that some odd bobcat thing nearly kills him then out of the blue, foxes--who don't really work together-- show up randomly just after that and kill him :P and Coon, Willow is actually running away from camp not towards it~ so maybe Soot could hear her but her voice was getting farther away :3 sorry if I didn't make that clear.

Willowkit's cries were getting farther away as she was actually running away from the camp. As she ran through the trees, she realized that she wasn't getting anywhere close to the camp and that this area was unfamiliar to her. Looking around still in shock, she finally took in the fact that she was lost. "Where... Where am I?" She asked herself as she huddled up next to a tree with her ears flat against her head and her tail between her legs.

ooc: Oh I feel stupid now...

Sootshadow looked around and followed the scent where she found a pool of blood. She looked around for any trace but found none but tiny paw prints. She started to follow them with a faint trace of Williowkit.

The small pale ginger kitten then curled up into a small ball to try to keep herself warm in the freezing cold. Poking her head out of the ball of fur, she glanced around and yowled as loud as she could for someone to find her. "Sootshadow!" She called. "Anyone?!"
