I'm still trying to figure this out. They all have had the chance to escape, but they're completly ignoring it.

Also, I'd like to point out, if you saw a rogue on your territory you wouldn't just stand. Apprentices would run for their lives. AND How the heck does no other person notice that a rogue was on their land? If they did they would go and kill the everlastingly saving people.
