Cherrypaws Hunting Patrol :DDD

Ooc: >.< sorry for taking so long!

Moonfrost padded up to the apprentice den. " Cherrypaw!" She called.

Cherrypaw zipped out of the apprentices' den. "Yes, Moonfrost?" she mewed.

" We're going on a hunting patrol, come on." She purred before padding out of camp.

"YES!" If cats could do fistpumps, Cherrypaw would have done one right there and then. She raced after her mentor.

They finally made it to the training hollow and Moonfrost sat down. " Okay, so watch me and repeat." She meowed, then crunched down and stalked forwards towards a pile of leaves and sprang at it, sending leaves into the air.

ooc: So, I'm guessing you already know how to use the dice and everything, right?

OOC: Yerp :3

IC: Cherrypaw nodded vigourously, and crouched down. Slowly, she padded forwards, trying to be silent, but making a few little crunchings of the leaves. She crouched down, and leapt into another pile of leaves, sending them scattering in all directions.

" Good, now let's try on something alive." She purred. " Can you smell anything?"

Cherrypaw sniffed the air, and shook her head. Then, she caught a hint of something. "Vole, I think." she purred quietly.

Moonfrost nodded. " Alright, try to catch it." She whispered.

She nodded, and crept forwards slowly, tasting the air for the vole. Before too long, she spotted it beside its hole, munching on something. Quietly, she stalked up behind it, and pounced. The vole heard her paws leave the ground, and darted into its burrow at the last minute, and Cherrypaw's claws hit empty air. "Mouse dung!" she said.

OOC: Okay, just because the dice rolls are always so f*cked up when it comes to my training, I'm going to post what I rolled. In this case, I rolled a 1.

" Good try, now do you want to try fishing?" She meowed.

"Sure." Cherrypaw followed her mentor to the river.

" Make sure that your shadow doesn't go over the water, because then you'll scare the fishes away. Wait until they come near the top and then hit them out of the water and kill them. Like this." She meowed before quickly dipping her paw into the water And coming back with a small fish. She bit it's neck and killed it. " Now you try."
