Getting some fresh air.

A large tom padded through the Dream Territory, hoping to see some familiar face. Instead of looking like he had just died, the medicine cat's pelt was groomed and smooth, and did he look younger? Why yes, yes he did. The was no more tiredness in his blue eyes, and he was well fed. He stopped in front of a puddle, and sat down, looking at his body. He touched his paw to his muzzle, remembering how it was covered in wounds what seemed like moons ago.

"I'm sorry to have left all of you too soon..." he whispered, removing his paw and turning his gaze to an old tree.

"Icewisker, son." Dragonsoul purred as she walked out of the brush and torwards her son. "You are here, you are dead." she said nuzzling him "How did you die, my dear?" she asked.
Behind her was a small cat with a white pelt that was covered in gray specks, she had ice blue eyes that were clouded with greif and four legs, not metal, just four real legs. Her large ears were down and she sulked quietly behind Dragonsoul, it would be hard to notice she was here unless Dragonsoul moved aside or she said something.

Ebonyroot glanced around, a small fog surrounding her. Where was she? Certainly no place she had been in for a while. StarClan, perhaps. It certainly felt real enough, but StarClan hadn't sent her a single dream since...
The she-cat brushed past a few bramble bushes, her pelt used to the tearing. She noticed the shape of two cats, one she wasn't pleased to see, but didn't care much after recognizing the next body. "Icewhisker!" She froze, staring after him near a few fox-lengths away...
Okay, this seriously had to be a dream.

" Dragonsoul? Is that you? Oh...hello Metalshard..." he meowed before Ebonyroot appeared. He turned around at the sound of her voice, and his face lit up.

" Ebonyroot! I've missed you!" he mewed, rushing over to her and nuzzling his mate.

Dragonsoul smiled, sitting down and watching her kit. Metalshard mimiced Dragonsoul, keeping her ears down. "Hello, Ebonyroot." Dragonsoul purred.

Ebonyroot let out a loud purr, she returned his affection, digging her head into his chest and giving him a few sweet, swift licks. She hadn't seen him for quite the while. "I've missed you too! So much..." she got out, her broken voice used to silence. Yay for dreams~. "They say at the gathering you finally... And Featherstar..."
She had simply acknowledged Dragonsoul with the simple flick of her tail, if that. She hadn't forgotten her promise to the she-cat, but was a little too distracted by the presence of her mate to see the irony that her roleplayer did; That this cat whom she loathed quite much was now her mother in law. Damnit. Oh well, she was still gonna chase her out.
Anyways, "...Oh, Icewhisker..." she whispered, the thought of being with him at the moment was relieving, the thought of him being with him while he was dead.... not so much.

ic- Dragonsoul walked over to them and licked Icewiskers cheek. "Now tell me, how did it happen?" she asked.

Raccoontail sat back and watched the cats reunite. She purred at the love of the mother, and the mate of the former Windclan medicine cat. She wrapped her striped tail around her paws.
